  1. Just a goal and an assist for Sammie in 20 mins. Fuck you Ipswich pissing about!!!
  2. This group have been put under pressure, and have wilted again. Nobody wants the ball.
  3. For the sake of all BRFCS members welfare, I recommend reading this and not subjecting yourself to that man. All important points are covered above.
  4. This bloke is simply a man willing to chomp down on turds for his paymasters. He is dangerous to the future of the club as everything stagnates massively around him. He talks about transfers being paid in installments our way, but surely that is respricated??? If not we are in serious trouble if we have to settle all our purchases in full and have no line of credit. No other club in the country will be talking about the price of grass seed increasing ... old Stevie can't miss that chance. Jeeez!
  5. Pears never looks the most confident of chaps, he must be absolutely made up with the manager always saying he wants a new keeper in every interview. Eustace still hasn't learned what we all fear and that is Pears is still number 1 come October!
  6. I might be going mad here, but doesn't somebody else have a tiny share in the club? Like 0.1%? If there is a 0.1% are they not privy to the goings on?
  7. I genuinely believe 4/5 of the Premier League would have him as a league cup/ squad player at that price. I'd also think most the of Champ teams with parachute payments would too.
  8. I'm with you on this, I still have pride in the clubs name regardless of Venky's and I'm not giving any nod to Ipswich low balling us and giving Sammie "a dream move" that some are suggesting. We are Blackburn Rovers not a non league club stopping somebody getting a pro contract. Sammie spoke a lot about how close he is to his agent during the Allardyce interview, they will know the figure and it's his agents job to get other clubs up to that figure!
  9. If they play together we can't push up any further than the edge of our box, that's for sure!
  10. I wonder what the Stoke fans who loved watching the days of Rory Delap throwing the ball onto Peter Crouch's head, will think when they realise Sam Gallagher gets shorter when he jumps for a header!
  11. I think Scotland is classed as abroad. It certainly was a few years ago, as I remember Andy Holt having an almighty rant about it when Josh Windass went to Rangers.
  12. You'd have to guess we offered McFadzean a very pro-Rovers contract and he wanted to test the market to see if he could do better elsewhere. Seems like it will be a sensible deal all around and in the main he didn't look out of place in the league last year.
  13. Outwith of Gent refusing to sign a new deal, I don't like this exit.
  14. I don't care what anybody says you have to sign your first pro contract with the club that has developed you. Pay an agent to negotiate you a solid deal so the ball is in your court for leaving, but it's only right you see the club right too.
  15. The medicals usually go quite efficiently, it's the owners rewriting the contracts that often scupper the non deadline deals!
  16. Said it earlier in the week and will state it again if there is no feature story about this horror show tomorrow in the national media it is a fucking disgrace!! No club in the country is being run into the ground with blatant disregard as this one! We literally were back on the blower to a 37 year old this week to see if he would help us out!
  17. I'm not too sure, I'd guess we still owe Duncan Mcguire for his though!
  18. This rolling out the day after the bidding has started for Sammie almost feels like a parody. You could imagine Ant and Dec with the headphones on laughing doing a wind up "tell them we are back after Batth again"!
  19. And not a single journalist in the mainstream media is showing the slightest bit of interest in our plight.
  20. I get that, I was just astounded at what they were charging their own fans to be honest.
  21. A Dingle supporting mate showed me the pricing for the game in their end. He sits in the upper Longside for his season ticket and it is £55 for him to get a ticket for his missus.
  22. The fairest summing up any supporter could give. They bought a club that was literally renowned as being ran as "the model club" under John Williams stewardship. Relegations, big players leaving still happened but we always looked to grow.
  23. Strongest team we have faced and it ended up being as tough as I feared it would be. Their wingers were just too quick and talented for us, we simply couldn't cover our full back to contain them. I think we used up all our 9 lives during the tournament to scrape games, we ran out of luck.
  24. There is lacking positivity and there is being fearful for the future of the club. I'd say this forum rightly sits at point two.
