  1. Who the hell are you? The c word? Do you live in a monastery or something? “Cretin” is not the “C” word. In any case, I think it’s the first time I’ve used it on here. I’ve followed the club since the late 70’s. Now jog on, you obvious club plant.
  2. I’m sorry but I despair at some of the cretins who support the club. They really are thick. I can understand people in the media not really getting it and taking the club’s side, but if you follow the club, and have a brain, you cannot blame Eustace at all.
  3. What with the clown on Talkshite and the official club statement, the living dead are lapping it up and blaming Eustace. God, it’s infuriating! 😡
  4. I think it’s more a case of trying desperately to believe in the establishment, despite all the damning evidence. I think he tries to convince himself, and probably doesn’t succeed.
  5. When googling Sutton Coldfield , the distance to Derby comes up as one of the top search results 😂
  6. I’ll just nip down to Currys 😉 If folk have his email address, drop him a line. He’s @PashaSapss on X. Ire in the stadium needs to be directed at him, more so than at Waggott.
  7. JDT was dissing Waggott for months in his interviews, and there were nil repercussions for him. As soon as he dissed Suhail he was gone. The idea of an advert in the Indian press has been looked into before, and I’m sure those who tried it said the media organisations would not entertain it for legal reasons. Suhail is the nearest thing we have.
  8. Hence Suhail needs to feel the heat , more so than Waggott. Waggott is a lightning conductor.
  9. Agreed, I'm afraid the majority in our ever decreasing attendances are of this mindset.
  10. Yes, he will say that, but I'm quite sure that really isn't the main reason he is leaving. That is clearly a political answer.
  11. If it's another good one, he'll only be here short term anyway.
  12. Well, yes, that is correct, on paper, and I'm sure there will be a lot of interest. On the flip side, surely it will make managers wary that Eustace would prefer to be at a club threatened with relegation.
  13. Last heard of blowing smoke up Gestede’s arse, because he uttered some crass, predictable soundbites about wanting to communicate with the fans.
  14. ……. the only important constant is Venkys still owning the club whilst taking no active interest. PS Don’t forget Suhail (that is going to become my catchphrase on here).
  15. Even though we're doing well, if he wants to go then let him go. Its his loss. Who wants someone managing them when they don't want to be there. We had that with JDT and then our form nose dived and got spooned every week. The owners have backed JE this window, albeit a bit late in the day, so unless it's family related he hasn't anything really to grumble at. The clubs bigger than any manager. ⬆️ Taken from the comments section under an official Rovers post on Facebook. Land of the Living Dead.
  16. I’d be over the Moon, but why in God’s name would he touch us with a barge pole? It’ll be desperado time imo.
  17. Reportedly has a release clause of either £500,000 or £750,000.
  18. In context, that was achieved during the formative stage of the season. Can you imagine us doing that with key injuries and under business end of the season pressure? We are like a spider who gets half way up the bath and then falls back to the bottom.
  19. How about former Lancashire and England opener, Frank Hayes, assisted by David 'Bumble' Lloyd?
  20. A manager on his way down, ie a busted flush. Yes, sounds about right.
  21. That's because Ewood Park on matchdays is now like a series of sequels to Donald Sutherland's 1978 classic, "Invasion of the Body Snatchers".
  22. We’re just one poor one of said managers from relegation. We have now hit our annual brick wall, but Eustace has done brilliantly to get us where we are. With the people above him, sustaining it is nigh on impossible.
  23. Exactly, and if Derby are offering more solid foundations, they have the potential to be serious contenders for promotion in a year or two. Certainly not the Mickey Mouse club that some are making out.
  24. Sounds like he has a release clause, according to the Daily Telegraph reporter.
