He made his debut in the Europa conference league coming on for the last 15 minute v Vitesse. He seems to be seen as one of their more brighter prospects and they are trying to get him tied down to a new contract.

I dont think Johnson should be starting but i wouldnt be showing any experienced player the door.Our squad is lacking in experience as it is. Say what you want about Johnson but he knows what its like being involved at this end of the table.

He isnt first 11 and imo he has contributed this season with 5 goals.Im not his biggest fan either but as an option on the bench still feel he can contribute. Whatever forward we do sign(if it happens) will have work to do to displace Khedra or Brererton

Who would you be looking to replace from our starting line up? At the minute every player in the first 11 is worth their place.The squad could do with a few more but in terms of first 11 i dont see an obvious weak link at the minute

They say a leopard never changes his spots but in this instance i can't see Mowbray moving away from a winning formula and start to tinker with the team that has done so well for him. I wanted him gone and still feel he is an average manager but a lot of credit has to go to him this season for coming up with a formula that has put us right in the mix for automatic promotion.

His performances this season have obviously gone next level. But his form was showing improvement after the football break.Beginning of last season he was decent

If these reports are true and we really are looking at O'Riley and are open to including a player in a swap then maybe Davenport? At his age surely he will want to start playing more regulary than he has done here and with his injury record and limited playing time i dont see him currently getting a transfer to another Championship team

My point isnt regarding the quality of the player. It relates to the fact that after bringing in 15 million for Armstrong and having the fall back of a Brererton sale in the summer then we shouldnt be struggling to find 1.7 million for a league one player if the management want him. Funnily enough Chaddy having a full time job ,kids and supporting Rovers i dont have the spare time on my hands to watch Mk Dons matches.I know what is in the public domain about him and if other clubs are after him which they reportedly are and we feel he will add to our squad then we should just pay the money.Its 1.7 million which is nothing in todays market

Its a poor showing by the owners if we are struggling to find 1.7 million Il judge at the end of the window but after recieving 15 million for Armstrong and with an asset in Brererton worth a similar amount then we shouldnt have to be going to a league 1 club with a begging bowl to try sing one of their players if that article is correct

Lofl.Brererton is going nowhere this window and even if he was it certainly wouldnt be to our hated rivals when we are in the midst of a promotion campaign. Brererton wouldnt go there anyway

Nyambe could play right side of the 3 if push comes to shove or we may have another in under 23 who the management feel isnt too far behind Carter. Another centre half would be nice but It will be extremely difficult to bring in a centre half of any stature (with our budget)when they will most likely be 5th choice and clubs .Its been ages since Carter was even on the bench .
