  1. Hoping we get something but I just can’t see it. Whenever a club is on a poor run, we never seen to turn up and almost always get turned over.
  2. Yes, Swag was clear there is no pressure, no expectation, no aspiration. It is JDT who demands better and deserves far more support than the cretins running our club have provided. What is the point of having a professional football club with no ambition 🤷‍♂️
  3. Couldn’t agree more, how the linesmen and the referee both missed the handball, when it was plain to see from the far end of the stadium is pretty unbelievable.
  4. It is in the EFL highlights posted by AllRoverAsia. Could see it clearly from the far end of the pitch, no idea how the ref and linesman could miss it.
  5. I thought we did ok, two poor mistakes costing us. As to be expected, they looked bigger and stronger but I am getting really frustrated about over playing, why will no one seemingly pull the trigger and have a shot. Would have liked to have seen Ennis on much earlier, sometimes you need a bit of physical presence to try a plan B and we were never going to win that game outplaying them. Fans did there bit, loud and proud whilst the Chelsea fans tried to match the morgue like match atmosphere that very sadly, mostly prevails at Ewood.
  6. If we can clearly see the handball from behind the far end net, how can the linesman and referee both miss it ! Incredible but typical Rovers luck
  7. Seen the team but was still hopeful until Jim mk2 confirmed his attendance 😊😊
  8. I’ll be there and looking forward to it but think we are likely to get a tubbing. I hope that I’m totally wrong and that at the very least, we put in a performance to be proud of.
  9. We all know his limitations, he simply doesn’t score enough goals and is very unlikely to ever do so. However, we are clearly better with him in our team, least worst option.
  10. My thoughts entirely, would rather have been playing them on the back of them comfortably beating Brentford.
  11. He certainly wasn’t alone today but I thought he was really poor. Think he is trying to live up to the star billing a little bit too much, had numerous opportunities today and end product was either wrong decision or appalling efforts on goal. The real disappointment today was that the Swansea keeper’s contribution was largely limited to time wasting, I can’t recall him having to make a real save, nearest being Leonard’s header which was straight at him.
  12. Mad really, we don’t have a recognised CF available and started the season with just an academy lad fit. An attacking midfielder top of the divisional goal chart and yet us near the bottom and missing chances galore. Just shows that the crucial requirement is to be tight at the back and stop conceding cheap, cheap goals.
  13. I love that train of thought, let’s hope so 🙏
  14. What with, a bag of revels and a sack of balls !
  15. I’m hoping he doesn’t get the pot, he’s a Blackburn Rovers man at heart and did a great job at Wycombe. I would like him to turn it around but if he survives today, he is obviously in the last chance saloon, particularly with Beale available again after leaving them last year after a good start.
  16. Yep, the Turd emptied on the 73rd minute as thousands of Dingles poured out 😂
  17. Did we manage to win with Jim Mk2 present ?
  18. A much needed result, Walhstedt with important early save and today, we took our chances. To my mind, we are a better team than our position suggests and on our day are capable of beating any team in this league. If we can win these next two home matches, then the table will be looking a lot better.
  19. Prayers and thoughts with you and your Mum. Stay strong, look after her and keep faith that there will be a positive outcome with your Mum beating it and returning to good health.
  20. The Coventry players ensured that decision was changed. Looked like both linesman and referee who was much closer were happy with it, until they had a chat and the referee recalled his vendetta against Blackburn Rovers. Given last year’s Ewood fixture and the clear play off consequences of his inability to spot the keeper’s handball goal, he shouldn’t have been appointed to this match.
  21. Equally hard to say he does have both hands on the ball and the referee seemed happy with it, until he realised it was Blackburn Rovers.
  22. With a full squad to pick from, we are more than capable of winning matches in this league. JDT hasn’t been backed and we are down to the bare bones, particularly up front. If luck ever evens out for Blackburn Rovers, we are due a mammoth winning streak.
  23. Once again, guilt edged chances missed, no luck and can’t keep a clean sheet. When you see Dolan and Markandy on the team sheet, you really do worry where the goals will come from. Hopefully, Ennis might improve things should he ever be deemed fit to play a competitive game but looks like we are in for a long and tough season. Frankly staggered that the EFL appointed the referee to the match after his horrendous error, against the same opposition at Ewood last season. A decision that took our play off place and handed it to Coventry, absolutely stinks.
