  1. I have had a ST for over 40 years and I still go on, mainly out of a sense of duty and deemed obligation. I feel like if I don’t go, who the hell will and rather than the few thousand we have left, there will be virtually no one there and that then feels shameful, something as a town, to be embarrassed about. It hurts to be in a half empty stadium with away fans taking the piss out of support when I know that it once was different, with the stadium vibrant and the support loud and proud. Notwithstanding this, I would happily forego my ST and stay away from the club I love, if it could deliver the end of this horrendous Indian blight on our club. We are all rightly proud of our club’s long and illustrious history but I have now reached the sad conclusion that even a Phoenix Blackburn Rovers is better than the Blackburn Rovers that we have suffered for the last 15 years.
  2. He did us over, at least Phillips had the decency to gave us a little bit back.
  3. I’ve always vowed never to join Facebook but for this, I would !
  4. No idea, but just like the previous efforts, I will be there.
  5. But we are a recurring, never ending failure to them. Rather than continuous shame, why not cut the shame adrift.
  6. If Eustace goes and they appointed Pep, Klopp or Ancellotti, I wouldn’t care ! Eustace leaving in the same circumstances as JDT has to be the beginning of the end for these charlatan owners and their stooges. We need to take the fight for the survival of our club to them like never before.
  7. He was the caretaker England manager and at one stage was deemed favourite to get it on a permanent basis. Do you really think he would even consider taking on this dismantled and discredited club, which is 15 years into its journey to oblivion.
  8. They don’t call him the red top Sherlock Holmes for nothing 😊
  9. I agree and fully understand his complete frustration and therefore, don’t blame him at all. Equally, I can’t help feeling sorry for his players and our fans and the fact that he is bailing out on us given all the talk of togetherness and loyalty.
  10. Too true, an hour to Derby and two to Ewood, it really isn’t such a big deal.
  11. Or £750k compensation for your biggest asset, you couldn’t make it up !
  12. I’ve seen him have the odd good game over the last 3/4 seasons but he is nowhere near good enough in 90+% of games and his goal return for a forward is pretty abysmal.
  13. Spot on, always makes me chuckle when people allude to Dolan having pace.
  14. He should certainly have been playing Tuesday night, no idea why Eustace chose not to.
  15. We had crowds that size, in the days before the real growth in generic attendances, before the Indians darkened our door and slowly murdered us !
  16. I would be amazed if the Trust don’t issue a public and total vote of no confidence in the officials / owners after this. It is time that we all re-group to take our club back, enough is enough ! It is getting to the stage that no Blackburn Rovers is better than this Blackburn Rovers.
  17. I would normally be there but overseas and so not at match today. For the few who will be there, please exhibit some anger towards the club officials (Swag / Pasha) and bring our real plight to the attention of the TV cameras / commentators.
  18. Derby County mindful that we have a game today but obviously @robDorsett and Sky don’t give a fuck !! Outrageous given that we are literally playing in a few hours.
  19. Perfect timing for what is likely to be our most defining fixture of the season, so far !
  20. FFS, this is just too ridiculous for words. A few hours before a match kicks off, you just couldn’t make it up.
  21. All true under normal circumstances. Blackburn Rovers, since the day they darkened our door, are simply not normal.
