Something has gone missing from the team..and I don't mean Bellamy..that collective spirit we had, wasn't visible on the team coach before the game, they looked as miserable as prisoners on the way to court; wasn't visible on the pitch , never seen so many collisions between team-mates and certainly wasn't visible in the tactical adjustments required because of Neill's failings. Even Pompey fans in the pub after the game were amazed at how bad we were!

I was on too , as they say in these parts.. Good open game..Rovers never out of control even when they got a goal shortly after a substitution when we lost concentration. we played at a much higher tempo than Saturday and had numerous chances ..Bellers could easily had more than a hatfull! Enjoyed it ..GOOD VALUE FOR A TENNER!

Just to add to the gloom..just heard that FIVE season ticket holders sitting in adjacent rows to me in the BBE will NOT be renewing this season. Reasons vary from Young Adults now working away from the area and only able to get back for some games(2),the "transfer in of Savage"(1), the "Transfer-out of Ferguson (!!) (1), and the "poor performance at home over the pat 2 seasons" (1). Prepare for a staggering drop in the total number of season tickets sold.

According to the official web site there is an additional train running from Manchester Piccadilly to Cardiff Central on semi-Final day. Anyone managed to find out any more details? The train-line number is "unaware"!

As the FA took the decision to force the clubs to play at 12.15, do they take the responsibility for the extra accidents caused by forcing supporters to a) use the roads ( various rail engineering works that are closing Bristol/Cardiff & the West Coast main line) , & setting off at 5am to try and beat the resulting traffic jams. Strikes me as far more important than a few extra pub brawls!

Just to add my little bit of fuel: there are no direct trains from Preston to Cardiff on that day. The West Coast main line is shut as far as Crewe. We could all drive slowly down the motorway I suppose and ensure that Kick Off is delayed! (30,000 fans in 10,000 cars and coaches @ 5am : No Health and Safety concerns there then.)
