I had to giggle this morning when I read on one of the tabloids web-sports section an interview with Souness in which he said that he had told the Newcastle players that "I expect 100% from them, they might not be playing in the positions they are used to, but if they give 100% things will come right in the end" At least he's warned the bar-codes they are going to be playing anywhere except where they usually do !! Absolutely pee'd off with Jim Beglin and whoever that twonk of a commentator is - all they've done since the start is go on about Souness. What really pee's me off though is the fact that no one (media wise that is) went overboard about us when Souness came here ! LMAO ! the twonk of a commentator has just described the game as 'a low key opening to Graeme Souness' reign at Newcastle' So long Graeme, I would wish you well.... but I hate the barcodes !!

Agree with what you're saying there but the one thing that worries me more than anything in the squad of players we have is the total lack of pace. Even a team like Norwich can threaten with the 'out ball' to Huckerby, similarly Pompey-Yakubu, Palace-Johnson but we don't have that in our locker. Most teams in the Prem have that bit of pace about them, especially up front. Nothing we can do about it now mind you, cheers Souey. Isn't Jay Bothroyd supposed to be quick ?
