  1. Another terrific performance and the team and management staff should be very proud. Things won’t always fall our way this season but I’m sure they will keep grounded. After our last 5 results, this was the one I was most concerned about pre-Match. They were due a good result with several players who stood up well in the Premier League last season. How wrong I was. They hardly pressed, looked lethargic and are certainly suffering from a Premier League relegation hangover. It’s positive to see we now have a squad, with several still to come back, where we can make a few changes and everyone coming in knows their job. Im hoping the club get their act together and back the manager this window because he is getting 110% out of this squad of players and deserves it. Winning football and clean sheets every day of the week beats tippy tappy, so called ‘easy on the eye’ football for me.
  2. Massive credit to the manager for making the trip to Oxford to watch Boro, then the following day to Swansea to watch Leeds after our game was called off. Watching a game live is always better to see the whole picture and has paid dividends for these 2 games. Got his tactical plan spot on.
  3. Can hardly muster a chance after going 3-1 down. Pathetic.
  4. Shocking decision making from our players all across the pitch. Our full backs are in the top 3 worst of all time.
  5. Attendances this Tuesday in the Championship: Coventry v Rotherham – 22,092 Hull v Birmingham – 20,398 Ipswich v Bristol C – 28,001 Leeds v Stoke – 36,118 Sheff W v Plymouth – 23,037 Sunderland v Leicester – 40,293 And…… Rovers v Millwall – 11,711 Prior to those charlatans taking over: 30th October, 2010: Rovers v Chelsea – 25,836 Thanks very much Venky’s and all your minions for protecting Jacks legacy.
  6. Thanks for offloading Ennis to us 😉
  7. And we couldn’t use the excuse, we played a weakened team in the cup. 😄
  8. In my 60 years of watching us, I’ve never witnessed such a bunch of cissies
  9. Magnificent effort from the Manager, the players and the fans. You are a credit to the club. The owners and the hierarchy at this club are an absolute disgrace for the lack of support you provide. Get out of our once proud club you cretins!
  10. It maybe that as a result of Szmodics running himself into the ground he has picked up a virus which has left him fatigued, which is quite common. It also gives JDT another opportunity to make his point to the hierarchy about out threadbare squad.
  11. Sunderland are owned by a wealthy French businessman so expect a French manager I would think.
