Jesus wept we need a new CEO and fast. 4000 adult season tickets sold last year. If we somehow repeat that this year it brings in approx 1.6 million. Rather than putting the prices up, why not massively play on the 150 year thing and set all adult tickets at £150. If we sell 10,000 of them (which I honestly don't think we'd be far off at that price) it brings in approx 1.5m. The further 100k is then made up in food & shop sales. Maybe Rovers would go bust if I was in charge but in my head it sounds like a very reasonable idea!

Stand up if you hate Venkys rang around Ewood this afternoon and all around me in the BBE there were people chirping up with comments such as "bloody morons, who else is going to stump up 20m a year to keep us afloat". This is the issue we have, half the fan base don't have a bloody clue. Also, not one single chant today was directed at Pasha, he should be the target even more than Waggot. Time to make him squirm.

I disagree, there are occasions when the loyalty scheme is needed. Off the top of my head I was fortunate enough to go to Harrogate away in the cup where tickets were very limited, they definitely didn't reach general sale. I would also be very surprised if the Derby tickets reach general sale, every man and his dog seems to want to go to that one! It is very few and far between on when it is needed but it is handy to have the system in some instances.

Absolutely not. Venkys have shafted almost every manager that has been under their tenure. That's what I mean though, surely anyone with half a brain cell knows what goes on at Blackburn Rovers by now, did he expect to be given a warchest? More fool him if so.

Eustace has been harping on all season about how he wants to create a togetherness between the fans and the club whilst at the same time has been applying for every job under the sun. We all know Venkys are shite to work for and any decent manager would do their background checks before taking on the role. To have us sat in the play offs and then to walk out on the club is a dick move in my eyes.

The more I think about it the more I'm pissed off at Eustace. He knew what he was signing up for, Rovers are a shit show and have been for years. He signed the contract, he should see it out or at least have the decency to the supporters to see the season out with us sat in the play offs. Class A prick.
