I’d say best performance at home all season, some terrific football and goals. -

The Law of Averages says that Jim has to see an away win at some point. Hopefully tomorrow. -

I totally agree that we need rid of Venkys and their stooges, but I cannot accept such an inept display from players who have given up the ghost like so many did tonight. They are getting paid thousands a week to try their guts out for the club, the fans deserve that at the least. -
Totally agree with you on this point, Chaddy.

Seems appropriate to have him here seeing that Plymouth at home was the first game he managed us, and it’s 30 yrs ago this year that we won the PL -
And that performance is what makes you proud to be a Blackburn Rovers fan.

My feeling is that the approach by Derby is a while in the making. They suss out, via his agent, that Eustace would be very interested, find out the release clause details and how much of wage he wants. Then sack Paul Warne and within minutes the wheels are in motion to set up the appointment of him. Eustace is fed up of commuting, can’t stand Waggot and Suhail, and makes his mind very quickly to move. Next stage is yesterday’s semi cryptic interviews, a quick bye bye to the players this morning and, “how’s your father?”, it’s off to Derby at lunchtime. No matters of principle, just the usual baloney, and off you pop.

It’ll be a good test of the theory that the Raos, Waggot, Suhail etc don’t want promotion on who they appoint as the next manager. If the theory is correct, they’ll appoint a Kean/Coyle type.

By some miracle, we’re still in the top 6 after a poor run of form. You never know, we might stay in it for once. -
Classic comment Mr. MK2, love it.

I hope any Dingles haven’t got hold of tkts in the recently released home sections. I know you have to have an account registered before November this year to buy them, but some numpties could be buying them for Burnley supporting family and friends, or just to coin in.

Isn’t that just like the adults who buy under 12 season tickets for themselves to use, the first two descriptors at least.

A brilliant win in the circumstances of terrible weather and new Hull manager watching. These scruffy away wins are vital. -

Waggot’s ticket price hike for today’s game wiped out in a flash. -
Looking at a brook in Tockholes, which is a raging torrent at present, I think the points about the pitch drains at Ewood not being able to feed into the R. Darwen are very valid.

I said he’s a better defender than Beck, who in the last three games has been skinned alive by the right wingers of WBA, Watford and Sheffield Utd. Like so many modern full backs he looks good going forward, which makes folk think they are world beaters. A right back’s first priority should be to defend well. -

Harry Pickering should be starting at LB, he’s a better defender than Beck, who got roasted again by the opposition RW. Beck looked much better further forward after Harry came on. -
And Rovers to pass them on the way up?
-
Absolutely appalling situation that the FA cannot immediately ban someone who has admitted to biting an opponent, equally bad that the club he is employed by pick him to play while he awaits punishment.
-
Can’t help thinking that whoever put this on social media with the accompanying description of the perpetrator, hasn’t done Beck or BRFC any favours. Don’t do your dirty washing in public, just let the authorities do their job without the added baggage of social media attention seeking.
-
Beck was stupid to kick their player, brainless.
