Season over

Downing a distinct improvement

Not the first time we get caught in posession in our own half
-
The front-end of iFollow is so poor. Got into it but not without problems.

In the final analysis, with Mowbray as Manager we have to over come the 20 points a season give away Mowbray's managerial balls ups cost us. Very little to do with the players. Never going up under the burden of that.
-
Back in the day, I posted something not dissimilar about people surrounding Rovers and our relegation from the Premier League. Brentford v Wigan - what a game today. The skills and abilities of management and players of both in a raw test.

Other Football League 2018/19

Yes please. -
One of those days. Wherever I look for it hope doesn't exist. Perhaps our goal difference won't be totally obliterated. There you are- I found some.

A good manager would be arguing the toss on Ben's red card. Mowbray has just hung him out to dry.

Not surprised

Championship season 2019-20

Will be wild at the bottom. Wigan's point deduction almost certainly makes defeat at Luton on the last day a certainty. We will limp to 60 points and Tony will declare target achieved. -
12 expressions of interest apparently. Totally befuddled why the previous owners didn't seek creditor protection and invite buyer interest without collapsing into administration. Must have been a very long way gone that screwing over creditors was the only option.
-
Mowbray will be beaten by superior management before a ball is kicked. We might fluke a win. More likely to get humiliated as a few Leeds players have been getting abuse for sub par performances.

Championship season 2019-20

I doubt we will do better than W1 D1 L4 in Rovers' remaining games. Hull v Boro a big 6 pointer at the bottom tonight. -
Even if they get the points deduction, wouldn't bet against them staying up.
-
If by some miracle we went up. There are 20 managers at the current Premier League clubs I would back to outwit Mowbray tactically even before we start to think about player for player differences. Absolutely no way would Mowbray keep us up.
-
On the Brereton sending off. It shows how little respect the opposition boss has for Mowbray for him getting Ben sent off like that. Imagine being the opposition boss being the only one to shout for a player to be sent off and having Ferguson in the other dug out. Never happened.

What a bonkers crazy red card. Silly trip but ref was totally wrong.
-
The horrible thing is, it doesn't hurt any more. It is like we are still in the Covid football shut down. It was so obvious from the moment the teams were announced we were going to lose. Irrespective of injuries, there is a Rovers eleven and five subs who could have beaten Barnsley. Mowbray didn't get anywhere near picking them or selecting the tactics to do it.

Get rid- simple.

Hugely predictable defeat

Idiot Mowbray taking Armstrong off

Barnsley showing they play football
