On Saturday we had more wins than defeats for the first time for months. Feet on the ground. Division is ridiculously tight with fans of ten clubs realistically seeing the prospect of breaking into the top six if they have a good December and New Year.

A bit difficult to squeeze an extra 10,000 into a building site when we were first in the Premier League. Club has a transfer window strategy; this is the third of the four so there will be budget. I could see Tosin stepping up at City to their first team especially as they are lacking a bit of class at the back since Kompany retired. Look at how the Chelsea boys have gone from from the Championship to Chelsea automatic picks and England regulars. Surround Tosin with Champions League players and I bet he wouldn't look out of place.

A shout out for Ken Furphy who restored pride in the club at its lowest ever point. Bobby Saxton did a very solid job for us too. We have has some very good bosses down the the years and the dross usually didn't hang around too long but they still did huge damage.
