  1. Just noticed the game is on Wednesday- I would still keep an unchanged XI
  2. Mowbray works with these players every day. This format has always been available to him except for the injuries to Lenihan, Tosin and Nyambe. I am not budging from my view that the Manager has cost us at least 10 points this season by lousy decision making. Add 10 points to our current total and look where we would have been.
  3. I would pick the same team for this one and consider changes for Bristol City. Seven day break, didn't see anyone injured so why tinker? More likely to get points from Swansea than the Bristol visit so field the strongest available for this one.
  4. Didn't notice commentary had gone until it came back on..
  5. Swansea a real enigma. Can play some of the best football in the division and can be very ordinary. Important to be on the front foot from the first whistle. Need to impose ourselves so the game is about us and not which Swansea have turned up. Got a drubbing there last season. Impossible to forecast this one but the run has lifted us back to where I think we should be. Win this and we are in nose bleed territory.
  6. Adaraiboyo immense today. Rovers a class above Derby all over the park.
  7. Pitch looking heavy and sticky, not slick in this rain. Good chance for Dack there.
  8. Really looking forwards to watching this now. Still nervous as hell hopes are going to be Rovered..
  9. The Bristol City game will be pretty big in terms of seeing what our potential for this season is and therefore whether the long term plans get accelerated.
  10. Macclesfield game off tomorrow. Perhaps Morecambe are going to be doubly lucky in avoiding relegation out of the Football League?
  11. https://www.ft.com/content/4dabc976-177d-11ea-9ee4-11f260415385?emailId=5de9f183631a400004a9cb73&segmentId=269ab16c-599f-119f-3d76-260b55fc8e43 This is going to totally destroy football.

  13. Totally confused about what is on offer for the Derby game. Help please?
  14. Settled side = 3 wins in a week. Mucking about = relegation form I think I wouldn't feel out of place handing in the team skeet at 2pm Saturday. No brainer if ever there were one.
  15. The rules relate to countries having territory inside Europe. The part of Turkey west of the Bosporous is actually bigger than Belgium. Kazakkstan similarly has a tiny part west of the Caspian so technically in Europe. Russia of course is Europe's largest country... and Asia's largest country also. Until 1810, Malta was considered part of Africa but a British Act of Parliament deemed it to be European.
  16. We beat Derby when they had far more at stake than we did last season. We shouldn't confuse their middling position for not being any good- they have excellent players who can hurt us. Reiterating everything said above, have to keep the same players and formation. Perhaps bring Gallagher on a bit earlier and tell DG not to save himself. Have a week's rest so the tiredness we saw in some payers' performance at Stoke should be replaced by new vigour against Derby. We all know we should win this one and we all know what happens when we feel that way. That apart and throwing caution to the wind, Rovers to win 2-1, perhaps having to come back from behind again.
  17. Walton sadly is more error prone than Raya, marginally better catching and distribution but hardly any worldies.
