This is a major problem under Ismael. Why are we so flat and lethargic in the first half of games at Ewood? We're not brilliant in the second half either but usually better than the first.

You might argue the same about Oxford to a lesser degree. After that Id expect Sheff Utd to finish above us and it wouldnt take much for Norwich to suddenly click either. Are we significantly better than either Swansea or Portsmouth? Our home form will be crucial. If we can't sort that out I still think we'll go down.

I thought the other way round. The first was absolutely unforgiveable for a professional footballer. The second was very good goalkeeping although he probably shouldnt have given him the chance.

Don't know where to start with that. They should to a man be embarrassed with that shit show tonight apart from Pratt and maybe Pears. What worries me is, that whilst there's no obvious sign we're any nearer to solving our problems at home, we surely won't carry on winning nearly all our away games.

As commendable as we've been away from home I think Ismael has produced the worst set of home performances I've ever seen from us. Chucking bodies on in desperation now. Let's hope we get lucky.

As usual desperately poor fare for the diminishing number of Ewood Park faithful. Surprised Exiled isnt berating the ref for not giving QPR a "stonewall" penalty seeing as he tells us he judges it the same at either end.

We limped to seven points from the first ten games WITH Tronstad in the side and at the time most people commented how badly he was playing and he didnt look interested etc etc. The key factor in our revival would appear to be the change to 3-5-2 rather than his absence or otherwise so let's hope that proves to be the case tonight and we can get the three points.

It does happen occasionally through incompetence even if there isnt necessarily anything nefarious going on. £7m for Grabbi (which Im told would comfortably have purchased the town his former Club Ternana was situated in) and when we bought Christian Dailly the story goes that Derby had a figure in mind for him and John Williams steamed in with an initial offer way in excess of that which of course they were only too delighted to accept. In this instance of course it would be no surprise at all if Tavares' agency havent done extremely well out of the deal and we've been saddled with a relatively expensive (for us) dud.
