If we are eventually reduced to seeing what's left on the loan market at the last minute (as usual) I think we'll be sadly disappointed. I disagree completely on that point sg - regardless of quality you would expect a decent coach to be able to set the team up to be motivated and difficult to beat as a bare minimum. How often do we concede goals in the first 20 mins under VI? It must be more often than not, and quite often it's the first ten minutes and out of those, sometimes more than one!

Complete guess: Id wager he's on about £7-8k p.w. now and Derby have offered to double that. No. There was a lot to like about JDT's tenure but the thing I liked the most was the way we performed in the Cups under him. Every other manager seems to treat Cup games like inconvenient encumbrances you need to get out of as soon as possible.
