  1. Well the Chile FA won’t be wasting an air fare sending the manager on a scouting trip again.
  2. Waggott was telling him that he’d sort some players in the February transfer window !
  3. Re Jesse James........... I mean Marsch. Jumping about on the touchline and talking a good game, doesn't make you a good manager. He was also forever giving out American speak, and I'm sure he would have wanted to change the rules of Association Football if he could have done. He was out of his depth in my opinion.
  4. As all the media wet themselves over Harry Kane beating Greavsie’s record, could he score a goal like this?
  5. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-lancashire-64517794 The EFL said, Birmingham City said, Lancashire Constabulary said, but nothing from Blackburn Rovers ?
  6. Has Moyes not been telling them to employ his mate S.Kean? Everton are in a complete mire and deserve all they get. I hope they go down so we can see and hear all the pundits wringing their hands and pleading that they are a big club who don’t deserve the drop. No one in the football world gave two shits about our demise under awful management so I couldn’t give a toss about them.
  7. They certainly are. Poor Bryan mainly played with the mud up to his ankles.
  8. Well that’s saying something coming from you TS, and my hero was Duggie too. I read your post before viewing the clip of the wonderful passes and you’re right, he is the best passer of the ball ever seen in our lifetime at Ewood. A genius as ARA has said. He was a total entertainer with the passing, long range strikes, his invisible friend, the hiding over on the Riverside when due to be subbed, and the drawn out handshakes with everyone on his way to the bench. We were there to be entertained and my God how he made sure that’s what he did. An absolute legend in my eyes..
  9. And I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t already have a replacement identified.
  10. The BRS depot was on Copperfield Street next to my aunties house. We used to play footie against the big green doors. Last time I was up that way it was Holdex Timber. Regarding the herbalist, exactly as you described OJF, I’m sure that on the same block there was a barbers run by the dad of Alan Bradshaw, Rovers player of the 60’s.
  11. At least we don’t have a full blown cock like Richarlison. What a total despicable knob.
  12. This is a great piece that showed Jeff had a full repertoire. sorry it’s on the previous page.
  13. Absolutely, if we have any aspirations to get promotion I would like to believe we could win all four of those games but we also have to take into account the fact that JDT does seem to think that we care ready for promotion. I also think we stand more chance playing these teams at this stage rather than at the seasons end where “Fighting for their lives” has much more significance.
  14. We did indeed but we also signed one hell of a gem.
  15. That is a far more fair argument there. I also have no problem with player of the match.
