No point in judging at the end of the window now. The club has already failed the manager and the fans. We've had our usual Xmas/new year collapse and the club did nothing to try and prevent it. I can't see Pears going to Boro tbh. Moving back to the North East might appeal to him but he'll only be playing for a couple of months. As soon as Dieng is back fit he'll be relegated to No.2/3. Also would mean that we would need to find a replacement and our recent goalkeeping acquisitions have been poor at best. Not to mention the glacial pace we move at regarding transfers.

Very little chance we'd be selling Pears. I don't think he's a top end keeper but he's been our No.1 all season. If JE doesn't rate him, surely we'd have replaced him with better than Toth in the summer?
