The system wasn't working against an equally dreadful Stoke team but VI refused to change it. No cohesion, no urgency, poor pass choices, no direction the players look like they have just met. Not really looking forward to the rest of the season

They are not in so did Rovers understand the qualification process. Anyways we play Charlton away in the last 16 I do feel a bit sorry for the Academy lads and manager. They seem to get a few pastings when a change of style is forced on them. When they start getting to grips with it. Boom a new manager and a new style so more pastings. Hopefully the Ismael change has less of an impact as I think both teams (U18 & U21)are on the up
