  1. The championship is one of the most competitive across Europe. A good season and you can make the playoffs, a bad one will see you in a relegation battle. If only I knew the future
  2. The stats above from top down show the leagues you are most likely to be relegated from It also shows in reverse order the leagues you are most likely to finish higher in ( but not necessarily win)
  3. Its the same all over Europe France Womens League1 2.22 Womens La liga 2.133 Womens Serie A 2.05 Womens Bundesliga 1.86 Serie A 1.55 France League1 1.40 La Liga 1.30 Bundesliga 1.12 Womens leagues are the least competitive. It's not a reflection on the standard of football
  4. Least competitive leagues based on the points per game the winners can expect to get v the highest place relegated team. In order of least competitive to most competitive WomensSL 2.136 Womens champ 1.86 Premier League 1.71 Scottish Prem 1.71 National league 1.36 Championship 1.239 League 1 1.21 League 2 1.02 So well done league2 on being the most competitive league and shame on the Womens Super League for creating the least competitive
  5. Yet it was still better than chipping the ball into the keepers hands
  6. Totally agree 5 mins extra time. I was thinking more like 10. Ref took no action to stop Brentford's time wasting. Rovers dominated possession but lacked any cutting edge (sound familiar). Brentford comfortably coped until Philips was sent up to disrupt them. Anyway well done on getting this far
  7. Is the final streamed anywhere. Come on the U21s
  8. To be fair they raised a lot of money for charity after the hurricanes in Houston. After visiting Burnley it's only right they offer the same help
  9. My worry is these referees now rely on VAR to make correct decisions for them
  10. Every Premier league club will receive an equal split of the unpaid payments so around 4 million each because Burnley and Sheff Utd have gone back up.
  11. A Preston win would be better as the nobbers wont show up in the last game if they've nothing to play for
  12. If it comes down to it which would you rather have. A home game and 10 days to prepare. or seven days to prepare plus a trip to London. My point was that Sky determined this.
  13. Sky have also just given Millwall an extra 3 days rest before they play us.
  14. The same EFL that gives a transfer embargo when the transfer window is closed
  15. Finished 3-0 fantastic result and top tier status secured. WELL DONE LADS!!
  16. Palace 0 Rovers 1 Leonard
  17. PL2 Cup final will be v Brentford in a repeat of the group games. Rovers lost at home 2-3 and won away 2-1. Not sure who hosts the final I think they draw for it.
  18. Originally it was smaller amounts spread over 4 years. I'd make it just a one off payment now
  19. Rovers could beat Millwall on the last day and be reliant on Preston. There's a song there somewhere.
  20. Michael Carrick made a very valid point in his post match interview. Premier League referees rely on Var to correct their mistakes so they don't have to worry about decisions. When these same referees come down to the championship they make the same bad decisions but there is no VAR to help them out. I don't like VAR and accept refs make bad calls sometimes but refs who rely on VAR shouldn't be reffing games without VAR.
