Rhodes scored goals in some terrible teams during his time here, especially when he first came, and continued when we got some better players, he was the main man, the fans favourite, he played every week, his confidence was up and it got to the stage where we took for granted the fact that he was guaranteed to score on average a goal every other game. He was right to seek a team chasing promotion, but since hes left hes been unable to get a regular run in the side for a manager who trusts him, he cant make an impact of the bench, hes very much a confidence player who needs to play regularly. One thing is for sure, we havent come close to replacing him and if he came back hed be first name on the team sheet and go on to score 30 goals at this level. Obviously theres not a cat in hells chance hed come back or we could afford him sadly.

Wales are definitely the 2nd best home nation, Bale, Bellamy, Ramsey, Allen, Ashley Williams, Ben Davies, Neil Taylor, Joe Ledley and Jonny Williams is a decent core of players for a small nation.

I've noticed that Etuhu is a real fans favourite, he has his song and he seems very popular, despite having an indifferent start, whereas Murphy is hated by almost everyone and much of our lacklustre performances is pinned down solely on him.

They both have been sitting back. Their problem, especially Murphy's has been a lack of attacking movement has left nothing on in terms of passing the ball forward. With them in central midfield we will have the edge over teams at this level, players need to make runs in front so we can use the passing range of in particular Murphy.
