Been Stateside for 6 days and this is the first time I have been on here since correctly advising the MB that Senior had brought Coyle in just prior to the Man Utd game, clearly he could not dismiss Coyle a day or two before Utd. I am not sure who Mowbray's agent is but both Lambert and Coyle were under the same agent, he lives on Sandy Lane in Brindle. At the moment I do not care who his agent is, the bigger issue here is the owners; all we can hope is that Mowbray motivates the players, we have some sort of "Mowbray Factor" and we manage to get enough points to stay up. In my opinion Mowbray is capable of this, he and the players however do need fan backing at games until the end of the season.

The semi-final versus Fleetwood is 18th April at the Lancs County Ground in Leyland, kick off at 7pm. That is one Rovers game I will go to pay to watch. I am already looking forward to it.

Great result from the youngsters, this bodes well for the future. I just hope we do not sell all the decent ones although I guess that is why the V's continue to fund the Academy with £2M per year alongside their 'milking' of the 1st team. £2M is a good investment if you can sell a few nuggets (not chicken nuggets) every season.

The under 21's are at Southport tonight. I saw Parson Blue setting off from Hoghton Bottoms to watch the game - I hope it is a good result for us.

So the Venky goons have put a slope into our Ewood Park pitch. That is the last straw. V's out! -
I remember that very well. If he scored I have no doubt we would have been up. That's life !! I was also good mates with his Brother who lived in Toxteth, Liverpool 8. HG is a lovely and principled chap.

I was there for every home game last season. The BBE last season was 50% occupied at the best. No gloat, just angry. -

Just watched the goals Tom and it looked like the BBE had less than 1,000. Sad and depressing times. -

The woman in the tunnel was made redundant about 4 weeks ago. She is a lovely lass and Rovers thru and thru. It came as a surprise.Rover the Dog (what happened to Roverslion - he was great with the kids) is now taking over tunnel duties. -

I just heard from someone ITK that Rovers forgot to order a ladder for the new TV gantry and Cheston is having to drive to Wickes to see if they can rope a couple together. -

Watching public around the World!! If the editor of the letter had been to school then they would realise it is World not world.....pathetic. And why would anyone in the Riverside be bothered about a view of the JW Stand? I thought they came to see the football for 80 minutes rather than count the fans in the JW Stand (which would take 5 minutes). Weird. -
