  1. So I’ve been watching the Sanjeev Narula room for a couple of hours, they didn’t get beyond item 20 and Venkys were item 36. Once Sanjeev left the room the court master was going through the remaining items and was advising the reps in the room of new hearing dates. A couple of them piped up to ask for earlier dates on the basis of mitigating circumstances. Item 36 in that room was Venkys and she gave that a date of 13-Nov if I heard correctly (may have been 30-Nov).
  2. Maybe this explains why we sold Szmodic and are essentially proceeding like we are skint, doesn’t sound like there was any prospect of this case being heard today
  3. So item 36 in Mr Justice Sanjeev Narula’s room has been rescheduled for 13-Nov. Item 36 in his room was the Venkys case. Sanjeev left the room at around item 18 and they’ve just spent the last half an hour giving new dates to the items that were missed.
  4. Venkys case has been rescheduled to 13-Nov if I’ve heard correctly
  5. The judge walked out citing another commitment and now the lady is going through all remaining items and advising of new dates for them with the respective advocates, currently on item 29
  6. Looks like they’re done for the day and now agreeing new dates for the items they haven’t been through today. If they went through the items chronologically then the Venkys case has definitely missed the cut today
  7. John Eustace is a significant downgrade on our last two managers and I now totally understand why Brum sacked him. The way he has set this team up doesn’t play to our (limited) strengths at all. He’s completely ripped up the style of play we’ve spent last 18 months drilling into this team and we are a much worse team as a result of it. This 5 at the back, defend deep, hoof it up and try to win the second balls hasn’t worked in any of the league games he’s managed. Our squad is entirely unsuited to this style of play. In his interviews he mainly spouts cliches about work rate and keeping it tight at the back without any suggestion that he knows how to setup this team to win a game of football. All he had to do was come in - tweak the existing setup slightly and get enough points to keep us up. Instead, he’s come in, ripped up our way of playing, completely nullified our attacking play and still left us vulnerable at the back Complete disaster of an appointment. His 33% win rate at Brum doesn’t inspire the confidence that he can get us out of this. A relegation battle is his natural level.
  8. @glen9mullan - have you heard anything about GB - is he likely to go?
  9. Seen enough to call it now, JDT’s tactics are a shambles and he’s either an idiot for not seeing how it breaks down in the same way every game this season or incapable of fixing it. We will be relegated with this clown in charge.
  10. That’s 3 performances this season that I would rank as being the worst I’ve seen since the Coyle days. Teams have worked us out and the players are nowhere near good enough to play out from the back in the manner JDT envisions. We’re too disjointed going forward, vulnerable on the transition and having to make high risk passes time and again just to get out of our half. The tactics are naive to the extreme. JDT is out of his depth . His tactics are naive and he doesn’t change a thing tactically during the game. We’re conceding 3 goals a game on a regular basis now and consistently struggle to keep the ball or sustain pressure. There’s no pattern of play or clear plan for how we are going to create chances. Unfortunately I think his hiring was a massive misstep and will need rectifying before the season ends if we want to avoid getting relegated.
  11. The club have confirmed to me today for those that have renewed - 'once supporters are allowed back into the stadium if you are shielding and do not wish to attend in person we can continue to issue iFollow codes for all home games'. This is a positive development and brings us in line with most other clubs in the Championship.

I really appreciate all of your help, thank you very much!
