Hi lads, can we simmer down with the bickering about John Buckley please? Had to hide a few posts where insults are getting thrown about, we like to see a better standard of discussion and debate on here and we usually do reach said standard, to be fair. We won the game and we are in the play offs for the first time in a long while, so I’d recommend enjoying that instead!

Let’s be honest, there’s no way a manager would be allowed to keep his job if he was relegated from the PL then eventually to L1, so there would be no need for any contingency on this basis!

I feel a bit sorry for Solskjaer in some ways, as he’s been so painfully out of his depth this season. But then, continuing to select Fred and McTominay and not use Van De Beek at all was baffling. Then Van De Beek scored yesterday, four minutes after coming on. The number of red cards suggests a discipline problem, particularly Maguire yesterday (the fact it was two bookings in under ten minutes, I’ve not seen it yet). It’s a big mess that needs to be sorted out in reality and I’ve no idea what manager they could or should go for now!
