  1. That is true, but it would be a similar fight time in Britain.... Also, not to mention the regime being rotten, again it’s no good for the fans that get to be there, imagine watching boxing with no booze....
  2. Well, we miss the one from quite a few years ago, not the one now playing for Salford City....
  3. Literally nothing wrong with that article, Graham is being soft. I’ve told him as much as well.
  4. It’s no good having all that possession if it’s without purpose.
  5. As another poster rightly said, it’s competitive sport, not the stock exchange. The primary aim should be to win football matches and achieve promotion.
  6. There isn’t all that much movement and there’s certainly not much urgency. Still, I suppose we didn’t lose....
  7. I think Fury would beat Joshua fairly easily tbh. Hopefully Eddie Hearn makes it happen next summer (the earliest I can see it realistically happening) on these shores rather than Vegas, so everyone doesn’t have to get up super early/stay up super late.
  8. Opportunity missed. Think this is why I get power frustrated when people start touting us for the play offs as when we get near and have a home game we should be winning, we bottle it. Frustrating as fuck.
  9. Tonight is classic Rovers. Home, against a team right at the bottom that we should be beating. Nah- let’s draw.
  10. Absolutely no way is Eddie Hearn letting this fight go ahead, as much as he should. As you’re spot on, Joshua would get sparked.
  11. Must admit, I find it a bit odd to blame Walton for their goal from outside the box. That was an absolute banger that nobody could have saved....
  12. Hi Everyone, I know we are all frustrated we didn’t leave Griffin Park with three points today, but it seems like everyone is getting more annoyed than they need to be, by pixels on a screen today. Pro tip- if someone really annoys you on here, you can scroll past the post and not respond in kind to it, as though it was never posted. It’a almost as though ignorance is bliss....
  13. That ‘foul’ where Bell pushed their attacker all the way back was an absolute joke. Glad the analysts agreed as well.
  14. I wouldn’t judge this site as a sample size tbh. If we got to Wembley we’d take more than the capacity of Ewood, you’d better believe that! I’m sure you’d be there yourself, as would many fans from overseas!
  15. It’s not complicated and at the risk of repeating myself.... Walton is currently 4th choice. If Steele got injured and Walton could be recalled, he’d be 3rd choice. He won’t be 4th choice forever and I’d rather he was between the sticks for us than Steele, but if he was currently ahead of him in the pecking order, he wouldn’t be out on loan. Obviously I understand why players are sent out on loan. It seems like you’re misunderstanding my feelings towards Walton and you’ve gone on the defensive. I actually think he’s decent....
  16. I acknowledge he’s better than Steele. If he was ahead of Steele, he’d be there at the club....

  18. Right, to put this in the simplest possible terms. If Brighton had a keeper injured and then he got recalled, he would be third choice. Hence him currently being fourth choice.
  19. He’s not any choice at all at the moment really, but it seems a simple concept hasn’t been understood.... Having seen Steele and Walton play I would agree. Steele was very poor for us.
  20. How could someone that has three players in his position ahead of him at the club not be behind them in the pecking order? If Walton was ahead of fourth choice, he’d still be at the club, either on the bench, or in the team. I agree with that, but that wasn’t something I ever denied. In any event, I’m just speculating on what I think Brighton will do, like you did.
  21. So, he’s currently fourth choice then, like I said? Glad you agree with me. See, that wasn’t so difficult, was it? If Ryan left, they’d probs spent a truck load of cash on a new ‘keeper. It seems unlikely they’d throw in a guy at the deep end with no experience in the league his club play in.
  22. @chaddyrovers You might not see him as Brighton’s fourth choice ‘keeper, but that’s definitely what he is. If he wasn’t, he’d either be on the bench every week or not on loan to us. Simple really.
  23. I’ll be honest, there probably are a few posters on here belittle or scoff at others, but Roversfan99 isn’t one of them at all, IMO. I’ve always found him to be quite the opposite in reality. Maybe the only thing I could criticise would be his and Chaddy’s obsession with each other, but nobody’s perfect.... Just maybe put him on ignore it he bothers you that much?
