My housemate has a prime login, which is shared, so that’s ideal. Between us, we’ve got BT, prime, Netflix and also Sky Go, so we are sorted overall!

Some of the players being called up are just getting sympathy caps as far as I’m concerned. Our central defensive options are as weak as I can remember then being tbh!

Absolutely. While I’m happy to give Mowbray credit for Ayala and Kaminski, it’s only right to give his recruitment team the praise they deserve for highlighting Dolan to us....

It definitely is though and it gets to point scoring where people wear being positive as a badge of honour and people being negative call themselves the realists. It’s absolutely tedious and I’ve told people to rein it in on more than one occasion. Then after being lenient for ages, people have a hissy fit when they get a ban for behaving in the exact same way I told them not to.

Mowbray literally admitted himself that he wouldn’t have signed Dolan if his recruitment team hadn’t had a word. That’s not failing to give him credit, they’re just the facts!

If you haven’t played it yet, get The Last of Us Part II. It’s absolutely bang on IMO. Very different to the first in many ways, but I’m just on a second play through now.

I think this would have been a good thread barring the last paragraph, if I’m honest. Why the OP felt there was any need to heavily criticise our own fans completely inaccurately escapes me though.

That last paragraph is just nonsense. But I suppose living in Malta you know more about the nature of our fans than those that ordinarily go to matches week in, week out....

On reflection, I think if we’d had Dack, we’d have nicked it yesterday. That’s exactly what we were lacking. I love Arma, but I thought he was poor yesterday. Why didn’t he just smash it when 1 on 1, instead of that attempted chip?

Poor game tbh. We always struggle with teams that are tough to break down and Cardiff represented a similar test. Frustrating, but it happens. Need to try and learn from it and do better next time. We also really need to stop playing Gallagher out wide. It has never worked and will never work. The end.

Neglected to mention, I went to Brizola (a Greek restaurant) in Clitheroe, a few weeks back. Was very good indeed. Fair pricing and good portions!

We’ve had a cracking start really, but the only thing that I can see counting against us is our defence and a lack of depth/ quality there. (I’m talking left back mainly). We obviously have time to correct that, but towards the end of the campaign, it’s the depth of all the squads that will be the deciding factor for me. Injuries happen to everyone, I suppose it’s good in a way that we have the likes of Travis and Dack to come back!

Was away yesterday, so I’ve only just caught up with the highlights and the thread. Not getting giddy about promotion chances just yet, but I’m delighted with our last two results to be honest. Whatever it is we are doing, we need to keep doing it, as it’s working incredibly well at the moment! The only thing that would make it better would be seeing it in person. Was over the moon yesterday when I saw the result and I’m into that feeling!
