I've got a bad feeling about us potentially selling Raya. With some solid coaching, I think he's got the potential to really improve if he cuts out the rushes of blood to the head he's prone to (Birmingham at home). That being said, if we got a decent fee for him and a more experienced 'keeper in, I think we'd be alright. However, Brentford aren't big spenders.....

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, some are too harsh, some not harsh enough. People have different opinions. Isn’t that reflective of society in general? You say that you respect others’ opinions, then you go on to criticise them. I only ever see you post and remark on people’s views and tell people when they can judge the manager. Just maybe keep scrolling past people’s comments you don’t like and ignore them? Loads of people on here say things I disagree with and loads say stuff I agree with, such is life. I think we are getting into dangerous territory if we are telling people what they can and can’t think and when they are allowed to think it. My advice? Just keep scrolling....

As much as Venky's ownership has shown us that actions speak louder than words, this bit highlighted in bold is exactly why people get frustrated when Mowbray makes some of the comments he does.

I must admit, I'm a bit concerned by some of the soundbites from that interview. We conceded far too many goals last season, so logic tells us that we need better defenders. As long as we sign those players, I'll be okay with it. But, if we start the season with the same defence that finished last season, anyone that supports Rovers should be worried!

Just catching up on the last few pages and I thought I'd give my tuppence worth: Some people think others are hysterical vs. some people think they have legitimate concerns Some people are too harsh on Mowbray vs. some people won't accept any criticism whatsoever of him. Some people think we overpaid for Brereton vs. some people that think he's an investment for the future. Some people think Mowbray is too loyal to a lot of players vs. some people don't. Some people eat meat vs some people don't. (Okay, the last one was a bit silly, but you get the idea). Point is, people have different opinions, if we all accepted people thought differently and didn't make the point they were right and they couldn't understand why others didn't think everyone else didn't think exactly like them, we'd get on a lot better on here.
