Chaddy, I think this is why people get frustrated with you. Because you keep repeating what has been decided. Everyone already knows what decision the EFL have made! You do this without giving a view of your own on why this decision has been made, then expect everyone to agree as that’s the decision that has now been made.

I’ll be honest, I’m in my thirties and I have absolutely no idea how to use I follow either. What I do imagine is that the club will ultimately have a second phase of the plan with an email containing instructions with how to access the match streams. Either way, I won’t have anywhere near the same enthusiasm for behind closed doors as being in the ground on match day.
