  1. ‘After the game, we were all laughing’. Good to hear. On the walk back to my car from Old Trafford, I can assure you I wasn’t, Gael.
  2. You know what, I don’t think I’ve ever seen you bring up your feelings on Harry Chapman on here before.....
  3. Fans are anxious because we are shite at defending. In no small part because Mowbray didn’t sign enough of them. Despite assuring us that they were coming.
  4. Shame the stats don’t show goals he’s cost us.
  5. Oh, you tease...
  6. Because he’s from Blackburn mate, that’s it.
  7. I don’t think there has been anything personal, certainly not abuse, either. If he played players in the right position and stopped making silly decisions, then fans would feel more confident and less anxious. The anxiety comes from knowing what we are like. Only he can alleviate that by making us harder to beat.
  8. Is he really a working class man from the North East? First time I’ve heard him mention it....
  9. Chapman might not be playing well for the under 23s, but I can’t imagine why he’d be motivated, knowing that Adam Armstrong gets picked for the first team each week, despite rarely doing anything to affect the games.
  10. For all the complaints about Dack, being honest, as long as he does the business on the pitch, I’m not particularly bothered what he does off it. He scored 2 of our 3 goals yesterday and he was still getting criticism at the ground. ‘Go on Dack, do something’. He already has pal. Plenty at that. I’m still absolutely convinced people are still mad at him for being photographed at that barbecue, that one time. There are plenty of worries around our great club at the moment. Bradley Dack is not one of them, as far as I’m concerned.
  11. Whilst obviously, I’m glad (more relieved tbh) that we won yesterday. We were so poor. Armstrong and Gallagher playing in the wrong positions, Walton dropping another clanger and Bennett being Bennett, we won in spite of those hinderances tbh. I do wonder how badly Armstrong has to play to be dropped, though. Taking Rothwell off instead of him was pathetic. Only real positive was a substitute scoring again.
  12. I’m proper glad we signed a ‘keeper on loan that cost us another goal. Sound. Thanks Tony.
  13. We are absolutely shite. That ref needs firing out of a cannon for booking Gallagher for diving as well. Prick.
  14. When there’s a striker on the wing and a winger up front, that’s a Mowbray....
  15. I thought we had enough ? ?.
  16. But we are only letting him get fit, it’s just a conspiracy to think we are actually giving him a contract....
  17. Of course they should be, but then how can something be a home banker if you say the bit in bold as well?....
  18. I think it’s because you say so many games are home bankers, it doesn’t really carry much weight.
  19. As long as he doesn’t wear ripped jeans, is willing to play in a position that he never has before, is a good human and likes lemon drizzle cake, he’ll get a 4 year deal.
  20. Lives in Accy, near Accy Stanley, last time I heard.
  21. So, just so we are clear, do you not rate Harry Chapman?
  22. Well then, as long as you’re alright then, eh? Might help if you look up the meaning of empathy. Seems you’re struggling with a distinct lack of it, from where I’m sitting.
  23. Mowbray will never give anyone licence to run riot, so we might as well put that one to bed. If they do even try to run riot, they’ll be dropped.
  24. Hearing Mowbray say he needed to play centre mid like Smallwood is one of the worst things I’ve ever heard. No wonder he cleared off.
