Went to Man City vs Port Vale on Saturday on a freebie....(allow it, I’m not changing allegiances). Whilst I fully accept that their budgets are way beyond ours, the match day experience is way better than ours. Pints of Amstel for £4, loads of different queues, some for card, some for cash. They missed a trick not selling Blue Moon though, IMO. Not just because it’s my favourite beer, but bloody hell, how many would they sell?

That comment about people being arrogant for suggesting he’d have been sacked elsewhere for a number of things here, that’s not arrogance, that’s more like common sense. It’s fortunate for him that he employed his own boss and our owners don’t give a shit.

Your post is contradictory. In the first sentence, you acknowledge that he needs a loan to another club. Then you have a go at the fans for wanting success this instance for not giving him a chance. People want him to succeed, why wouldn’t they want any of our players to? If a player isn’t ready for the first team, they shouldn’t be playing in it.

Whilst Mowbray definitely deserves credit for selecting Travis in the first team, do you think he is the same all action midfielder he was when he broke into the team, or do you think he now plays more conservatively? If the answer is the latter, do you think that is because of instructions from the manager?
