Just catching up…. But to summarise. If you think someone is being bullied, report it. If you’ve had a post hidden and want to query it, DM a mod, or ask in ‘ask admin’, please don’t clog up the thread querying it! With the poster on everyone’s lips, it seems so frequent that I’m having to explain this, but, if we treat it as bullying, we are seen as over protecting, if we do nothing, we are seen as being accessories to bullying. Ergo, we can’t win.

I think we need to do better than this. Best is often subjective anyway, tbf.

It’s all well and good bringing academy players in, (and I’m all for it, believe me!) but if we’re bringing them in too quickly and they aren’t ready, it only ends one way and that isn’t promotion…..

Don’t get me wrong, I think Ten Hag’s position should be under threat and it’s true that he’s spent a lot of money on poor players. The problems still go way beyond the manager. But, their injury list this season has been unbelievable and if Rashford had even half the output of last season, they’d have been way better.

Probably because whoever they try and appoint, it results in the same outcome. The guy hasn’t done well, but with that injury list and players being hopelessly out of form, I’m not sure he could have done better tbh. They’ve had some really good managers since Ferguson and they’ve all ultimately failed. What does that tell you?

Broughton clearly could have done better, but he was nowhere near as much of a problem as Suhail, Waggott, or Venky’s, quite frankly. Very frustrating that the lesser problems get more discussion.

Maddison started the season really well, pre injury. Fair enough, he’s not been great since returning. As we know, Southgate has his favourites, so nobody should be surprised to see his out of form favourites (Rashford, Phillips, Henderson) on the plane….
