We suffered our heaviest defeat to Burnley in my lifetime yesterday, without laying a glove on them. Perhaps you missed it?

Tell you what, if the players don’t want to shove Nathan Tella’s 3-0 motion up his backside, or get back at Ashley Barnes for being a complete shithouse and bullying us, they need to find another club. Absolutely imperative that in the reverse fixture every last one of our boys put their big boy pants on, grow a pair of bollocks and put some pride back into this club. They didn’t show any yesterday and a lot of us have had yesterday’s result rammed down our throats and I’m sick of it. I’m still angry at just how pathetic we were yesterday.

If he understood the club, he’d have ensured the players showed some heart, fight and desire yesterday. He didn’t though, instead, we played like it was just another game. Unacceptable.

Whilst I would say that I am mostly happy with JDT and that we are third overall, there have been some alarm bells and this isn’t just about yesterday’s no show. We over play it at the back when it doesn’t suit the players in the squad. When we go a goal down, we might as well go home, as we aren’t getting back into the game. When we are bad, we are absolutely woeful and show none of the basics, like heart, fight and desire. I don’t expect us to win every game, but I do expect us to compete and it seems like sometimes we don’t even do that, which is a massive concern. Some team selections and omissions are absolutely baffling at times. I don’t think this is about over or under reactions, but more what I’ve observed so far under JDT’s stewardship.

Why, when we lose, do we look so spineless and like we aren’t trying?

I think the thing that annoyed me the most about yesterday was how it seemed to be treated as just any other game. No heart, no fight and no desire from us whatsoever. I’m so angry about that still.

I’ve attended at least half of those and the guy has looked like a weak link. As I said, I’m a fan, but there should always be room for improvement.

He needs to up his performances if he’s going to stay in the side. I’m a big fan of his, but he’s not been playing well for a while, for me.
