  1. It doesnt need banners send an email or letter into the club and outline your issues/views and ideas
  2. He cant have anything sorted out, Rovers have activated the 12 months in their favour!
  3. Speedie would have leathered half of the team at half time himself
  4. Mowbrays recent faffing around has ensured that its no Good Friday football for me, instead I am off to Saints v Wigan rugby league, a few beers pre and post match and then finish off with a curry. I don't see Rovers having the ability to shake the Mowbray curse of cocking promotion up 1-0 loss despite 80% possession in our favour, 2 missed pens, 30 efforts on target and they score last kick of the game off the backside of the only posh player in the area!
  5. Loans have been 50/50... Elliott - ok for half a season - tailed off until he got himself injured. Harwood Belllis - solid player at the back. Khadra - jury out - played out of position and not a constant in the team which affects his confidence. JPVH - Best loan signing we have had alongside Elliot Tosin - not for me - really? he was quality, is quality and will go far in the game. Harrison Reed - misused - a mowbray conundrum on how could have got the best out of a quality player! Branthwaite - poor - harsh and could have progressed at Rovers. Giles - poor - he is played out of position, never features consistently and another mowbray fuck up - the best crosser of a ball in the Championship yet mowbray ignores his quality.
  6. If anyone on here thinks or believes he has signed a deal to go to another club without it ever hitting the headlines on some media platform then therein lies your answer. He hasn't, it hasn't, and indeed, if WBA want to progress then they will not want a dinosaur like Mowbray after his annual collapse and failure to take the team up when in such a good position.
  7. I think we can all safely say Rothwell is NOT going to Bournemouth as a Premier League player, his performances have been nothing short of shite and Bournemouth will have seen this and they will also require far better players. It’s very much the same with Nyambe, at times he is a good defender however yesterday he was shite at defending, shite at passing and utter shite at getting forward! Now we are reading Mowbray is off to WBA and taking our 3 contract rebels with him! Maybe a good chance of Lenihan going to a club like WBA however they won’t be signing Mowbray whilst Bruce is there. Nyambe might go there but he won’t get the massive money he craves and indeed there are much better players at the club at right back. Dack to wba with Mowbray? Someone’s had a little too much to drink!😂😂
  8. Wow so articulate 🤬
  9. Pulls has retired from football he said so 4-5 weeks ago on radio 5 he is not going to be a consideration for the Rovers job if and when it becomes available
  10. Personally he blew his chances of an extended contract in fatal February and most games since then have failed to address his shortcomings
  11. I very much doubt it 🤬
  12. Awful performance across the park. Whatever was said at half time is down to Mowbray. The first half was a shocking defensive display we were all over the pitch and led with a one off piece of skill 🤬 second half was as abysmal as we have seen. My observations Nyambe was shocking PVH off his game Pickering woeful Rothwell non existent too many balls went astray too big a gap across the midfield no support no supply line in fact it was ducking atrocious
  13. and therein lies a massive problem with elements of supporters believing it to be the gospel truth😀
  14. It was just rank and defending that lost us the game away
  15. Sounds it’s only your good self being rubbed up😅 I say every credit to him
  16. I have never swayed from my opinion nor have I rounded on anyone for having alternate views - my views are that the club is bigger than the owners more important than the owners and this is w point supporters should take rather than concentrating in the owners. In answering your big question yes I have because that was is and remains my view. I understand they are backing their club and I accept that. I have an understanding on how they view the future of the club and I accept that and I understand the changes they are making/want to make and hope to make and once again I accept it. This doesn’t mean I have to agree with it. I am not alone in this respect I am sure there are many others who know more about what is going on what is happening and what the future may hold as well as the reasons why changes are being made have been made and are yet to be made. my sole interest as a fan is my club and how it performs. I want it to be successful I want a better manager I want to see us promoted.
  17. A total 180 on the owners ? Where the he’ll have you deduced that from ? My stance has never changed in that respect in that I want them out and want change. From what I have seen and been told I have a view on the future of the club and I doubt very much that whoever holds the keys to Ewood would be doing anything much different - I do retain an option to change that view if things do not happen or take a much different path. We can slate the venkys as much as we can and do but it remains they are funding the club and of issue there is no doubt
  18. But the land hasn’t been sold and no one has got their hands on any sale proceeds have they? Point 2!you are correct however jumping in the bandwagon of bad information isn’t a right idea my suggestion would be to give a bit of thought before jumping to a conclusion The footprints wasn’t a 50% decrease there was a plan and it didn’t get off the ground. I would wait and see what happens next on this however I suspect it won’t involve Brockhall
  19. That’s bunkum Khod and you well know it. The point I have outlined is that far too many jump on rabid speculation, rumour and totally incorrect information that results in wrong conclusions. I have never once said the owners haven’t got it wrong, another thing you will know after moderation of posts over the years. On the academy issue there is no argument to be had, it’s there, it’s supported, it’s paid for and it’s a priority for the club and it’s successful.
  20. So hypothetically it was still utter nonsense BB. From the very off there has and alway# been 100% commitments to the academy it’s the lifeline of the future of BRFC.
  21. And that Matty is the real problem, fans immediately jumping to wrong conclusions then believing it to be true!
  22. Your third sentence was correct! The academy is a shining light in and amongst football and is admired from afar by many of the big clubs that is why we have such good relations with a number of Premier League clubs especially as we keep beating their teams! What utter nonsense, there has ALWAYS been a commitment to the academy. Clearly they do recognise the value of the academy and what it brings to the club making this comment as nonsensical as some of the others regarding the so called huge news that the academy was being downgraded !
  23. Well well well I thought you would pop up😅 Just where this allegedly undoubtedly true news came from about the academy being downgraded is and was utter bullshit! Its grade 1 status for 3 years, its getting better, the operation is much better and the youngsters that are coming through and that are on the radar are making it even more successful than the big clubs!
