  1. believe what you want Gav it happened they were convicted and thats all that matters.
  2. I have gauged my views in what I was told and what I have seen and weighed up the info I had possession of and the info I have been given and I would say it’s very clear there is a very good future ahead for our club across all aspects of football. Whether you or others agree is up to you and them
  3. Utter garbage? Havinf detained and arrested 2 for such offences I beg to differ! Furthermore also detained 1 for supplying at Bolton v rovers and there is your evidence of heroine abuse by some of the clowns
  4. Looking at their remaining fixtures there isn't a nailed on win for them in any game and they need at least 4 to even stand a chance!
  5. Oh I agree and from a decency point of view, being brought up hating townies, we had our fair share of lads who could look after themselves and then some. We never had to resort to taking cocaine, getting lashed on spirits, abusing our own fans as well as the opposition before legging it off at the first sign of violence😀 This is todays element!
  6. I am not sworn to secrecy, I choose to say what I say and I choose to tell who I want and therefore I choose what to keep to myself. The point I am making is this. You and many more have your views that are based on views of others comments, speculation, utter tripe and downright lies. So I am suggesting to counteract this and to give you a more and better balanced of your views, take your personal knowledge and evidence, concerns and views to Ewood and have a discussion. Only then will you be able to glean what is right, what is wrong, what is going on, what isn't going on and get an element of truth from the discussion. It will make it easy for you to dispel rumour, myth and truth and lies. There are others like me who have done this and have seen what is happening, what the reality is, what the plans are and how the club sees the future. Now don't get me wrong, I am just not that stupid to think that if 10k fans make an appointment they will get one. However what I am sure of, is that if you contact him he will respond be it in a phone call or a face to face meeting over a coffee. The picture so many paste of Waggot without ever having met him or talked to him is quite wrong. So that's my suggestion.
  7. I beat you by 1! Back in the day we travelled the length and breadth by tranny van, we never took drugs, had a couple of cans of cider and conducted ourselves in a proper manner, these days this scum take cocaine, heroin, drink JD and think they are hard as nails. Trouble is they are not, they bring shame on our club and besmirch the good name of our club, colours and genuine fans.
  8. And if you read it I didnt say Rovers pay a signing on fee, its a given that free transfers often atrtact a bigger signing on fee, as I understand Rovers do theirs over the period of a contract under the guise of a loyalty fee.
  9. That's astonishingly poor as a simple guess! If you really believe that a club manager would punish players for going out and winning a game in front of their own fans your as deluded as Owen Coyle ever was😀
  10. Do your research and find out for yourself. Its happening across many aspects of the footballing operation. I would respectfully suggest getting an appointment and going to have a chat with the powers that be. Only then will you get some self satisfaction and a real understanding of what is going on behind the scenes. You will see how it compares with your own opinion/views and thoughts as well as the opinions and views of other forum members.
  11. He would have cost the club more if they had waited, its the way of football. By paying a small fee it saves on a larger signing on fee and puts an element of limit on wages!
  12. Glen if one does a bit of research on him before talking to him you will really get a sense of what he is about. He does not have the ability to bullshit those who are armed with knowledge of what's gone before. I would suggest trying it and then give your opinion on what you actually get from him. I did it and as an advocate for change I actually got more out of it than I had bargained for!
  13. Just baby faced drugged up shits, taking cocaine and not being able to handle their beer! Ruining the reputation of our away supporters which has a high standing in football circles!
  14. Personally and no matter where we finish at the end of this season I think he is a goner and don’t forsee another contract unless he is given a rolling 1 yr deal especially if we are still championship . If the improbable happened and he got us up then who knows what would happen? Millions at the clubs disposal a plethora of players would be available and it’s hard to see how TM would fit the bill because as sure is death Rovers are complete relegation fodder the season after a possible promotion
  15. This is the most important game of our season as it’s the next game - win and the pressure is on the other teams not us ! Lose or draw and it’s a different scenario pressure comes on big time. I don’t think it’s a game for Dack to start yet keep him on the bench. Dolan has to start his speed is crucial in this game - no chances for me it’s got be go from the first minute and no defensive midfielder as a forward player🤬
  16. I thought you were actually talking of personal experience
  17. Fabulous ball to set up the second goal after all the defenders were attending to our own defenders in the area⚽️⚽️
  18. Rovers are missing a trick for Blackpool make it a tenner across the board and fill the ground with both sets of fans
  19. What makes you say that? His wages will not be astronomical or in the same league as perhaps a Lampard when he was in charge and indeed the leagues are not awash with moneybags they were 2 years ago !
  20. I would take Rooney as our new manager for next season. The way he had Derby playing football last night with a team of misfits and youngsters, a team made up of players who are free to leave at the end of the season shows that he has the ability to get teams playing for him, and all this on the back of a huge points deduction and administration. Mowbray appeared to me to be a busted flush. It was written all over his face and the half time response from the crowd emphasised that.
  21. Nathan Byrne last night showed he is a more than adequate replacement for Nyambe and he is available on a free transfer
  22. Take us back to 1991/92 - we had a horrible few weeks when Kenny couldn't get anything right and then it clicked, we scraped into the play offs and the sense of relief as we left Home Park was felt by all sneaking that 6th spot. This is similar, we have thrown game after game, we have shed point after point, losing games we should have won by a mile and a half. We should be sat in a solid 2nd spot but we are clinging onto a top 6 slot. Reading away has to be the most important game for Rovers and not because they are down the league table, its because its the next game, a must win game which sets Rovers up nicely for the International break and a time to relax, regroup and sooth the injured players ready for manic April, because that is exactly what it will be MANIC. Two derby games, 2 horrible away games at Coventry and Peterborough and an Easter Monday classic versus Stoke ending with the inevitable hosting of the Bournemouth promotion party on our own patch ! Mowbray needs to take a long hard look at how he has cost us some serious point losses throughout February and March because of his inability to work out the opposition and how to set up a team who can revert to type, have a plan and have nouse on how to win a game. Thankfully, and with some hope, Bournemouth at home will see the end of his Ewood Park tenure unless somehow he manages a Mowbray miracle and secures the play off miracle/dream of 2022.
