  1. Don’t be silly mate. I actually have never said I don’t rate him I have pointed out areas for improvement as I see it! There isn’t a soul in the world that can tell me what to say or not to say and as for a suggestion of SW holding sway? Words fail especially from an intelligent fella like yourself 👍
  2. I am not prepared to divulge what I have been told, and no it’s not SW or from anyone inside the club, nor is it an itk source on here, paper, media or speculative, it’s from sports legal circles and that will forever remain undisclosed. He isn’t on a fabulous ‘footballers’ salary but the figures now quoted are way off from what Rovers value and are just not realistic. It’s slightly different stories with 2 others and as I understand some albeit small, movement has been made either way and work continues whereas the talks with RN are stale. That’s all I am prepared to say on this matter but it seems as though Rovers may have drawn the line with his advisors who think they are somehow able to make these unrealistic demands because if they do expect the alleged salary they are in for a shock and to note, not a single club has come in for him YET and I suspect any similar clubs like us will also baulk at the demands. Add this to the fact he is very injury prone and you can see why ! I hope he does sign but I won’t cry if he finds himself out of the team because we have invested.
  3. That’s not strictly accurate is it. Ryan is not bigger then the club and for me isn’t worth the kind of money he is allegedly seeking on the advice of his agent. His issue is this if he doesn’t get a move this window and Rovers invest in the Dutch player then he finds himself out of the team and at a loose end- 2 ways he won’t want to get injured for one and why do a rovers rely on a player who is leaving ?
  4. I like Nyambe despite the flaws I note in his game I just wish he was more Chris Price like going forward and more Jeff Kenna like with his passing👍😅👍
  5. And when it doesn’t can we all laugh at you ?😅 you know as well as I and others that he isn’t good enough to play for Leeds and is not going to knock anyone out of their starting 11 let alone get into an 18 man squad
  6. Am happy to buy a ticket from anyone who can no longer attend 👍 dm me if you have one
  7. Whilst clearly agreeing with your view, the club offered two players new deals over 18 months ago and yet they remain unsigned.
  8. As it stands and as I understand it he has been offered a significant increase in salary, some may suggest double what he is currently on, so on that basis Rovers can easily afford him, he chooses via his representative not to sign it. The suggestion Rovers cannot afford him are wrong in that aspect. Furthermore, looking across the Championship wage spectrum the offer would seem to be above average suggesting only a couple of teams have the money to beat Rovers wage wise. In addition the big three - Fulham, WBA and Bournemouth all have better players in that position and have not sought to sign him, even less chance as 2 out of the 3 will be promoted. RN is not a Premiership defender yet so I beg the question where does he think he will get a better playing opportunity?
  9. Bashing? Are you for real? I am pointing out shortfalls in his game, areas that can be improved as well as suggesting a more than capable alternative if he leaves! You are suggesting he is the finished article and top class right back or wing back, the reality is he isn’t anywhere near it yet. As good as he is, can be or as bad as he can be, I back him each time he has the shirt on his back. I am not alone in observing his sometimes lack of productivity or his poor final pass or inability to cross a good ball in, let alone getting a shot on target when in a good position to do so. There are real areas where he has lots to improve on.
  10. That’s total utter rubbish irac and you know it. You asked for examples I gave them. Where have I ever said that I don’t support him ? I haven’t have I?
  11. At no point ever has anyone said with pure clarity that Rovers are unable to afford Nyambe? Stock answer is he has declined to sign the offer in front of him. If anyone thinks he is going to be offered similar wages to senior players they are seriously mistaken!
  12. No one is having a go at a team member, I have a view and opinion. if you disagree that’s your opinion
  13. I will repeat it for your understanding for a final time, Inhave no agenda, I do not dislike him, I support him however, using my own observations having played and watched football since I was 4 years old, I have pointed out areas in which he can improve , I have also pointed out that I believe an alternative to RN should he decide to leave, is Byrne at Derby, should he be available if they are relegated at the end of the season. If you cannot grasp this then please just put me on ignore, it’s as simple as that. You fail to accept that people are allowed to have an opinion.
  14. I missed the ‘great player’ bit! He is not a great YET. He has some way to go not to mention he needs to be consistently good before he can become a great
  15. Am I concerned about this comment? Absolutely not! Am I concerned what you think ? Couldn’t give a toss.
  16. He doesn’t get caught out as much, is as fast and athletic as RN and his final passes are far more productive
  17. What a crock of shite you spout Where have I said I don’t like him or want him out? If he signs great news if he won’t sell and replace. As for pointing out shortfalls in his game ? It is what fans of football do
  18. If RN still declines the contract offer, there is a far better player in the lad Byrne, the right back at Derby. He is pacy and athletic and has a really good final pass on him.
  19. Well my friend you posed the question so here goes, my point of view of course and adding that RN didnt play in each of the games you mention. Swansea - got drawn in and failed to close the player who subsequently scored the goal. Milllwall - got caught our numerous times including shocking positional play and lack of closure on the lad who crosses for their goal. Luton - caught ball/player watching as Luton build on the right flank, ball comes in and he is far too late to get in front of the player who scores. Coventry - fails to put a solid tackle on the player becasue he has backed off/failed to read the game, who then has a free pass to the lad who scores their equaliser. Cardiff - one of two players who were easily bundled away by the cardiff goalscorer, poor position for a big solid lad. Fulham - caught dawdling for goals 1 and 2,. I don't need to go any further.
  20. Is it? Go back over the past 2 seasons look where we concede and look at Who is central to the defensive mistakes
