  1. Give until Xmas and he will be back in the UK, as good as he was at times for us the football in Spain is a huge step up.
  2. My generation ? Dear me Gav I always thought you were educated ! If you know me or knew me then I might expect a little more from you but as you clearly don’t you can remain as you are clueless
  3. No actually I was remonstrating with a coked up moron who kept pushing me aside as if he was to take on the Burnley idiots at the turd so please Gav get your facts in order ! what we saw again today was the cokes up/can’t take your drink twats mouthing off on the fences giving it large to Rotherham fans and then when they realised the fans met together 50 yards down the way it suddenly went quiet as they came face to face with the other retards. My point is go to football to support the team not get drugged up or lashed and then spoil it for the fans who go to enjoy the football.
  4. It’s a point more than we took from their joint last season - agree top entertainment with a few negative points. On the park Ennis showed skill, SD didn’t let his poor first half get him down , Pickering should have broken the net twice Gally should have as well with his header. The big negative for me are the complete fukwits who follow us away - outside and inside the ground we have some real turds following us
  5. The lad suffered a stroke if I recall - he is a good lad and top fan I don’t think he abandoned his love for Rovers
  6. You can only beat what’s in front of you - good outing for the younger players and a positive result 1015pm r2 draw that’s all we could ask for
  7. Not sure what your trying to say or are you just simply confused.com🤨
  8. That’s absolute trash as well! The lad had a thigh problem hence he hasn’t been fit to fully train and has been undergoing rehab and a mini pre season to catch up. Looking at him on Saturday showed he was as lean as a butchers dog and nowt like you suggest but then again……,,
  9. There is some nonsense written about Travis. If he wasn’t in JDTs plans he would not be captain of the team that would have been passed to another player. Yesterday was a classic game from him nasty in the tackle winding players up setting up a goal and getting a booking😅
  10. What negatives can we as fans take from todays game? Absolutely none! It was absolutely solid across the pitch even though wba had speed and big lads Rovers stood their ground worked hard and played to a system which worked well. Big shout on Leonard and Markanday who were both superb and deserved their goals. Travis led by example and was supported well through the middle. Happy with the points we move on to Rotherham
  11. then clearly your presumption/assumption and conclusions are wrong. Some changes have been implemented, others are progressing and there have been a lot of restructuring behind he scenes. There are huge steps still to be taken, some easy wins and some not so. At this time, I suspect that Rovers are prioritising the current issues, whatever they are, before anything else. My main gripe of better communication - and its the same as many fans - needs serious attention something SW fails to realise or understand!
  12. read JDT's comments, this years squad is even more stretched than last season. Rovers young ones are not experienced enough to last a full season especially in the Championship. Cash flow issues, low crowds, minimal sponsorship deals whilst overall costs increase mean real monetary problems meaning administration is a reality looming.
  13. Some of you have misperception on my view of SW, for clarity there isn’t nor has there never been any sort of relationship, he isn’t my friend, he isn’t a confidante all he is is the CEO of the club who I have spoken with and exchanged views with. Unless you know me then you have absolutely not a fucking clue as to my view of him or our club owners!
  14. At this moment we are staring down the relegation gun barrel. Not because of the squad depth, it will be as a result of administration!
  15. 0-4 all the problems come home to roost just like they did when Norwich battered us first game of the season a few years ago. The changes have to start now, Waggot out, Venkys leave and let people with business sense run the club
  16. Good effort from all concerned in organising the day👍👍
  17. Based on me watching the 2 games in full - he ran up and down the pitch all game and gave it all compared to some of the players ! Twaddles was the shite you were told and which you the posted as gospel 😅
  18. He has moved up a gear and is neither overweight or unfit, he made the goals set for him by the club fitness wise he has a minor injury and wasn’t to be risked. JRC was the fittest player out on show yesterday which again debunks the info you were given!
  19. new shirt is actually very smart when its on - impressed aside of the logo
  20. I found it much simpler to do a lot of research and then speak to him. You give him options to give answers and then challenge him with the result of your research only then do you get a proper answer!
  21. You are misguided with this view - Rovers have steadily seen more supporters from the Muslim community coming to watch games and they are well into Rovers. It’s great to see and we have a few who sit behind us and they enjoy the football and engage with other fans so long may it continue . It’s great to see that bigotry and racial hatred is not a thing at Ewood these days
  22. Moving on from this I actually wrote to Rovers about the fan zone and how it can be completely improved to give the fan zone a much better experience. It also included how ti improve food and drink and I used the Bolton fan zone as an example. At BWFC the fan zone is very well organised and well attended. Various food options, plenty of drink options, entertainment and football screens a plenty and it is superbly managed. When I last visited there was over 1000 people in there with plenty of standing and seating and the whole experience was great BUT fan orientated. At Ewood, there is great scope to increase the fan zone area. Move the bars to the fencing adjacent to the river, place extra covering and seating where the original bar is, allow various food options, sell bottled beer and wine, have more tv/entertainment and so on. Sadly, nothing has come back since which epitomises the current senior management team
