  1. Valid point. Looking at Che Adams, its taken him almost 2 years to get up to speed in the PL. I wish him all the very best but would welcome him back with open arms
  2. The reality is that Rovers had very few cards to play because they have a fucking idiot at the helm! Good luck to Armstrong, lets hope he does well. If he doesnt bomb he can always come back on loan !
  3. You are missing the point ARA I know every player worth his salt wants to go to the PL however he hasnt asked to leave he simply declined to sign the contract offer in front of him.
  4. We can only dream of someone inside the club having inventiveness and forethought!
  5. Yet again, where have we ever seen Armstrong has asked to leave? Its just speculation without evidence.
  6. Game aside and mention of Amstel lager being like the piss water it is I cannot understand or indeed I am amazed that no one has pointed out the price of a spud pie £3.80🤬 I saw the eats deal £8 for a pint and a pie or hot dog! WTF ? If Rovers had the sense to drop pies to a reasonable price they would sell many more. £2.20 for a small bottle of water? It’s pricing gone mad on the concourse.
  7. Mowbray has not said Armstrong wants to leave, he said he knocks on his door daily and has been very professional about his situation. At no point does he infer Armstrong is demanding to leave or asking for a transfer. As it stands there is no one inside Rovers set up to either confirm or deny any speculation nor have we a roverswiki leak that feeds us titbits. Anyhow until anything occurs it’s not worth getting het up about it👍
  8. I am no expert but where has anyone seen a story that Armstrongnhas said he wants to leave? All we have isnthatbhenhas so far declined to sign the contract that has been offered to him. Any professional footballer who ‘strikes or sulks” whilst having to play in contract sends a totally wrong message out to any prospective employer so being professional he would have little option but to carry on performing both in training and for the first team especially if he was looking to move or attract additional interest in him. No performing means no real interest, injury fears or not.
  9. Missing the game myself. I would not risk any player carrying a knock. For me the game means nothing so play the reserves this cup doesn’t matter in the long run especially this season.
  10. Match day ticket income for Spurs for premier games is worth a minimum of £39 million per season and doesn’t include any corporate income, match day income, shirts, sponsorship and tv money. Whatever debt they have is completely serviceable with ease and worth noting they have professional set ups across all aspects of football with a seriously good CEO at the helm in Levy. I will repeat we have Maggot the Waggot! We have no leadership at the helm, no football commercialism gurus we have Maggot! Its nonsense to even mention the likes of any PL clubs debt to Rovers Chaddy.
  11. Spurs get 60000 fans a home game are a top 6 team and have commercial experts when it comes to earning dosh. Rovers have maggot the waggot😅
  12. Absolute bollocks on that claim both tin pot outfits with shit grounds and brain dead support😅🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻
  13. Whilst firmly in the Mowbray out movement I found myself walking away from Ewood pleasantly surprised, glad we won, chuffed to break the opening season game hoodoo and wondering if we as fans have got it all wrong! I must admit when I saw the line up as well as the bench I was afraid my prematch prediction of a heavy defeat was inevitable but what I as well as all Rovers fans who watched the game bore witness to, we saw a work ethic often missing on the pitch especially under TM and co. My observations in short: Dolan had a superb game but should have scored a hat trick. Brereton played with so much confidence. Defensive wise we did ok especially Ayala. Midfield worked their socks off at times despite being overrun on occasion. Those who slate Buckley need to understand how he plays. He is definitely a player with some superb tackles, ball winning and ball playing. A real star in the making. Rothwell showed his class at times but worked very hard. Travis was class and lead the team with Lenihan who was very comfortable in the middle. The subs all played their part and young Butterworth should have crowned his cameo with a goal. I am always happy to win games and perhaps it was due versus Swansea however in saying that we need an experienced midfield general who can defend, break up play and put the team on the front foot. I am also very saddened that Armstrong didn’t get out to say a farewell but for me and as someone on here pointed out, we appear to be a better team without him.
  14. The bench is very light weight with no experience whatsoever Mowbray needs sacking and replacing. Its got another huge home defeat written all over it🤬
  15. It’s a move forward if you ask me, match day programmes are a thing of the past
  16. Oh I am not sure Bristol away when we won and nobbers capitulated at home was bad, as was the day bumley survived that drop
  17. Does that mean my opinion isn’t a valid one?
  18. I have never been so underwhelmed over the start of a new season. I almost wish we weren’t playing tomorrow’s game
  19. Although I think the away shirt is great it isn’t a good fit for us slightly larger gents😂😂 gutted really as like as was pointed out earlier fans are not as athletically built like the players😂😂
  20. 6000 is 6000 be it adults and/or kids. It’s an indictment on the senior leadership of the club, the Buck stops with him. Waggot has a lot of answers to give however, he has so far refused to answer the last 4 emails I have sent him and to date he remains missing in action in addressing our concerns about BRFC. It is time for him to leave and now 🤬
  21. Hatred comes in different forms, some posts on here have certainly reflected nothing but negativity towards him which is very sad as at this time he remains a Rovers player
  22. It will be too late by January the club will be adrift and as rudderless as it is now
