  1. This season I get the opportunity to shout my disdain where it can’t be ignored as it is on forums like this! Read the post correctly and look at the context my friend. Next year if he is still in post I won’t it’s pretty simple to understand ! it’s not just waggot that will see dissenting voices it will attract a wider audience .
  2. I remain as perturbed as most fans, especially on a whole host of matters. I want Mowbray OUT I want Waggot OUT I want Venkys OUT or alternatively I would like them to give 25% of the club ownership to the fans and allow another investor to take 25% as well. I am still underwhelmed at our great club being run in todays fashion, no planning, no hope, no bright insight as to how to make things better, little understanding of the support, no senior leadership present within the club, no commercial prospects etc etc etc.. the list is endless. This will be my 52nd year supporting Rovers and my season ticket membership has been in place since the early 80's even when I served overseas. I renewed as usual last season despite knowing it was unlikely that I would get into watch a live game. This coming season will see me again renew despite my observations and views because at heart I am blue and white through and through. I will support my club whilst I will also get a right to voice my pure disdain should the season not begin well or whether Mowbray continues with his laxi dasical attitude to how we should play football and his continual misgivings about formations, team line ups and players playing out of position let alone not knowing what his best 11 are on the park. I doubt we will see Armstrong in our shirt again whilst I can see Rovers selling the likes of Rothwell and Kaminski whilst splattering the team with loanees and youngsters who are not cut out or prepared for Championship football. I totally see us being a favourite for relegation and being in really dire straits by the time November arrives. I am lucky enough to be able to afford my ticket and get to quite a few away games. I very rarely have missed out on any chance to voice my disdain at managers who dont perform nor take responsibility for the poor results. It is this last part that urges me say to fellow fans, get into the ground and make your voices heard. Keyboard warriors on here, facebook, twitter and the like will have no impact on the fortunes of the club whereas, at the ground you will be heard. It only takes a couple of games for the disgruntlement of supporters to start getting through because after that crowds will dwindle even more, cash flow becomes even tighter meaning something has to give and more often than not in football, the manager takes the fall. Unless there is a change then I won't make it a 53rd season. My support will remain but it will be from the river bank, pond side or wherever I may venture on match day. Go on...you know it makes sense
  3. Doesn’t always follow that way especially with Blackpool back in the Championship. Added to tv appearances means that there will probably be more Bumley games Friday or Sunday depending on opposition teams in Europe! Lancs Police will know have to police Rovers, bpool, bumley, morecambe, fleetwood and Chorley as well as the nobbers from Preston!
  4. As it stands there is nothing to renew! Maybe the club won’t even bother selling them this season as the club enters the final throes of the death spiral brought about by Waggott and co!
  5. Another day of nonsense in the life of being a Blackburn supporter! No one knows anything, the club are silent on all things that involve or should involve the fans, another day and week passes without any news on season tickets, no word on the kit and how it will look both home and away. All these have impact on finances at the club. Even if we had pre orders for shirts added to 3000 season ticket renewals then there would be increased cash flow within the club and YET they continue with the inane running of this club. I am so saddened, so dispirited and so bloody annoyed that the club treat us like this!🤬🤬🤬
  6. It said in the FF end of May early June, on that score Chaddy it’s late June. Common denominator being LATE! The shit show continues🤬
  7. personally it’s a complete and utter disgrace. I emailed SW 4 weeks ago and he hasn’t replied despite acknowledgement from the secretary and a previous response by him or someone! To now be mid June almost without a shred of communication from the club is bad enough and is something that the club has failed on big time over the years. There is nothing to whet the appetite of supporters. Season ticket news, kits, and everything else is as bad off the park as it is on it🤬🤬
  8. Dalsgaard and Marconendez both freebies at Brentford both would enhance our current squad
  9. Iirc Samba came from some low league foreign outfit, he didn’t turn out that bad did he?
  10. Rubbish ! Those of us who paid always knew there would be little chance of getting into the ground because of the pandemic. I bought mine out of loyalty and in the hope I would venture to Ewood, I suspect the other 2499 or so were the same. So then, why would the 2500 come out and slag the process off? It doesn’t make any sense at all. The 2500 are clearly loyal supporters and not fair weather fans with differing views!
  11. If he reneged on the promise he would never work in football again such would be the ferocious backlash!
  12. And still the silence goes on and on and on………………..🤬
  13. Those who renewed are guaranteed £10 off per match if the small print was right last year. In fact I think it was something like £10.71 plus another £10 off if you bought a particular match iFollow ticket. I am expecting my JW Upper ticket to be around £200 max if not I won’t renew if SW tries to stiff us
  14. All depends on the vaccination aspect versus hospitalisations.
  15. The telling this coming season is that they will have had a full and complete rest, followed by fitness training and full preseason behind them. That could be a pointer why so many had issues and minor injuries over the season and more. Lets hope we see a proper improvement in fitness levels and of course that svelte green lush of an Ewood pitch on which we can play our expansive possession based football⚽️
  16. This is Rovers, we don’t do preparatory planning like you suggest Chaddy🤬
  17. I have watched him this season, he looks like he could progress into a decent left back. Fast and tenacious passing needs improving but on the whole a good chance prospect
