A lot of those kids would do better at places like our academy, where they have quality coaching, facilities and the real opportunity of progressing to the first team. They're less likely to get loaned out all over the place for years on end as well. The big move to a top flight club will come if they're good enough.

After the intial WTF moment and considering our situation it could have been worse. It's good to read fan views from Coventry and Middlesborough, he's clearly well liked.
