Im glad someone mentioned chants from the crowd. i get up to maybe 5 or 6 home games and get to 10 or so away games and for the first time since i started to support rovers in the early 90's i was ashamed to be a blackburn fan. The chants of "Lehman is a Naxi", "Zieg Heil" and particually the one about Lehman should be gassed with the jews were disgusting.

I thought that racism was supposed to be stamped out in football.

what??? i must have gone to a different game then because i never heard any of that!!

from the moment the second half kicked off to when Dunny scored. It was only a small portion of the stand but it was more than just a couple of brainless morons.

I didn't hear it either, but disgraceful and well out of order

Well i`m surprised (and shocked) at that,i sit on row 12 seat 32 in bbe and i never heard it at all.If true though and they read this message board, then they should hold their heads in shame. There is no place in the 21st century for that kind of behaviour and they will give rovers a bad name.

There was harm in what Savage tried, he clearly moved toward the defender and left his leg stuck out to initiate contact. Now, the way it looked to me is if Sav had but as much thought into staying on his feet he would have been through on goal.

FYI I don't think you and American Rover12 are talking about the same incident. Yes Sav made a mess of it, but the corner kick which ended up on Fabregas' arm on the goalline via Sambas head .... That is a different situation alltogether. It was ignored by the ref because of a ridiculous decision against Matty on the near post, one fraction of a second earlier. That should have been a pen as well as the handball!

diop, cruz, and samba, they would have field days with bentley and pedersen's crosses..

If two of them stood on the shoulders of the third, they'd have a chance of getting one of MGP's "high" crosses before it hits the top of the stand behind the goal at any ground!!

yeah im talking about the appeal for a pen that sav made a mess of. I'm not too sure what else is being discussed, seeing as Im pretty sure we're all on the same page in thinking that the ref totally blew the call with his mystery infraction against derbyshire on the corner.

Which stand? Whereabouts? Did anyone else hear anything - I certainly didnt from the back right corner of the BBE.
