I know this has been asked already, including by me, but has there been anymore information about the young Argentinian?

No, which probably tells its own story.

I don't think it is an easy one to do for many reasons.

The price is big for a kid and the fact that his English 'agent' had to give it a push through the papers suggests it is not as near as first suggested.

He plays for Audax, which I have to tell you is the first time I had ever heard of them.

If the fee is quoted at £5 million then it seems a tad large.

Can I just say I'm jealous of the Rovers, Hughes buying shrewdly but buyng good, decent players whilst Sanchez is buying every Northern Irish player in English leagues, a failed attempt for Brunt and Lafferty, I fear for us next season.

Anyway back onto Rovers, I quite fancy ye for the League Cup and finishing around eight this season.

Welcome to the blue and whites! :rover:

Middlesbrough may be close to signing an emergency centre half.

And - remember where you heard it first - Yakubu is going to ask for a transfer. Think the Everton move may have legs.

If so they will have to find a striker fast.

Sounds like an idel first-day opponent to me.

Nicko, probably a bit of a tricky one here as its only wednesday, but do you know any team news for saturday yet, i.e do you know if Steven Reid will make the squad?

I would doubt that, but he could make the bench I suppose.

Picking a strike pairing and a midfield partnership will be quite a challenge I think.

I just hope they go positive, but that's easy for me to say.

Bloomin' eck, he's not Mark Hughes, is he?

Anyway rover down south, you're not the one I'm worried about - has anyone heard from Saf since Nicko went walkabout for a day or two?

I heard a guy got kneecapped not too far from where he lives and a man was seen running from the area with a slight limp clutching a cell phone and an address book.

Why dont we give them eddie nolan, tony kane, keith tracey n de vita while were at it we obviously dont need our best young prospects anymore. Hughes selling the engilsh one and replacing them with foreign.

Cant believe that about garner as i was told by a freind that he has a young child , is he going to move up with him.

Also Raf De Vita isnt full italian he has english links , im freinds with his sister.

I thought about Fred Pickering, but I suspect Byrom scored more against us.

Ah! I see now the angle of attack. I was assuming people were referring to our once good players that left for other clubs and then came back to us as worn out shambolic shadows of the players that left us.

Here's a right corker, Fulham are trying to sign Sami Hypia and no the reason I'm posting on here is I'm sick of all the pesimism and whinging and bleating and moaning and bickering on the Fulham boards.
