After his smug arrogance, lies and the utter contempt in which he regards the supporters I now can't stand him personally and could never warm to him no matter how successful the team became.

Not that there is anything to vote on really because the chances of improvement under Kean are negligable.

Really not the person you want to launch an investigation considering the contempt he shows for supporters

and the truth.......

The initial idea of the repeated polls was to track the rises and falls over time. However, other than a slight up turn after the transfer windows, it's been a pretty steady and predictable decline.

True Glenn but I was really referring your comment that many believed the transfer window was a successful one. Surely nobody believes that anymore?

The chairman should investigate, not our current second in command.

The way Kean rides over everyone else at the club and is only answerable to the Raos, sickens me. He should be at Ewood Park working with the players and answerable to the CEO for results on the pitch, like any manager, at any other club.

Not sure if anyone has seen this (either first hand or just the story) but-

http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11676/7270407/Kean-to-probe-bust-up

Believe it or not, I was with the fan he targeted the abuse at!

It all started when the second goal went in and the final whistle was blown. The fan obviously frustrated said something to Kean about what had gone on, only then to have Paul Clement screaming in his face to 'F Off'. The fan was obviously startled by what had been said so I got involved and stuck up for him.

Clement didn't like the fact fans were voicing their opinions and as soon as we started, Clement called for the stewards to take us out of the ground. He was screaming and shouting at us whilst we walked away....

Funny thing is after that he never once got out of his seat in the dugout. He had clearly realised he was in the wrong.

No fan should have to suffer verbal abuse - especially from someone who has only recently joined and doesn't understand the fan's frustrations in the current times!

For me.... Clement deserves to loose his job. But Will it happen? Will it hell. Everything will carry on as normal and us fans treated as though we are nothing to the club.

Time for us ALL to stand together!

Give over. Lose his job ? It will have been a heat of the moment thing, I'm glad he is showing some passion and is as @#/? off about throwing a 2-0 lead away in injury time as every Rovers fan.

Double standards in my eyes, you stuck up for a fan, Clement stuck up for his manager. What did the bloke say to Kean, I can guess that Clement gave him a similar retort.

Fans can shout abuse at managers, refs etc but when they get it back it startles some, just my opinion of course.

Difference being the fan vented his frustrations not by abusing Steve Kean or Paul Clement. he was just questioning what the hell had happened?

Maybe i was abit OTT about him losing his job. But in a normal workplace if you told a customer to 'F OFF' You'd be shown the door.

How people can call it passion is beyond me.... he's been here two seconds and hes abusing fans?

Indeed. Did you expect him to calmly apologise about conceding 2 late goals?

Did Paul cause the fan to drop his prawn sandwiches?

He didn't have to say anything, Bucky.

If managers/coaches reacted to every barb hurled from the crowd, it'd be kicking off every week.

That analogy is a bit weak because in any other environment if a customer had shouted obscenities at a member of staff they would have been removed from the premises.

Try speaking to BT like that on the phone, they don't like it.

Believe me.

So questioning somebody's tactics is deemed as shouting obscenities? I think as a paying customer you have the right to question the product or service (the service being BRFC). But to be told to 'F OFF' i think you can see were us fans clearly stand...

Its football, as well as 22 men kicking a pig skin around its also a game where thousands of different emotions are shared. I'd be very disappointed if after conceding a 2 goal lead that the staff wouldnt be just as angry at the fans. I'd also be surprised if the fan said "excused Mr Kean but what happened there". No doubt it will have had references to his challenged follicles and subsitutions and be laced with a few four letter words.

There was no foul language involved?

Fair enough. I stand corrected.

Just for context, what was the tactical critique that was offered?

To be honest I'm just really glad we have someone on the bench who gets angry.

The very least Clement should be given a warning by the club, and give a personal apology to the fan.

Fans pay money to be entitled to opinions, club staff get paid to take critisism.

On this episode Clement sounds as arrogant as Kean.

Yet another example of the fans' feelings not mattering.

S60tti - have you been asked to comment by the Head of Security (you obviously don't have to divulge private conversations)

Just what Kean wants to deflect from the real issues.

Draw a line under this one, forget it.

Things becomming more hostile by the week can only be a good thing for the cause.

I still maintain we lost Diouf due to his controversial attitude and the fact that Venky's want a squeeky-clean carrier for their advertising.

For their new employee to tell someone to f*** off, it wouldn't surprise me to see Venky's take this seriously. That is, of course, if Venky's are the ones actually running the joint.

Well played on giving him some sh** back. I'd have done the same, even more so. And if I sat anywhere near Kean, I'd be giving HIM the hairdryer treatment, even though he's not got any hair to begin with!
