Next two games in PL, Chelsea home, Wigan away.

As with Ince, Wigan might be Kean's 'Waterloo'.

Hope it wont as it will be too late by then. NEEDS TO GO NOW.

Wigan, Bolton and Wolves are our main rivals now. Promoted clubs are playing too well at the moment. Losing at Wigan is not an alternative. Under Kean winning is not option either. He has to go on international break.

Agreed. Well done to the Venky's and Kean for massively lowering our expectations.

Kean probably deserved a win today, he put out a team that was much better then the home team

If when you play well you don't win and when you play bad you don't win and you concede 2 or 3 goals every game on average.

It's not meant to be.

He has to go. Chelsea is going to be a nightmare I think, we are getting adrift even if we beat Chelsea we won;t catch the team 16th and higher

We get a new assistant in and we have our fans trying to get him sacked because he swore.

Who needs enemies eh?

In your desperation to defend every part of the club, you only told a part of the alleged incident.

According to scotti, a brand new employee told paying customers to (Please don't use that word again) off, on the basis of them voicing their concerns. Not only were they told to (Please don't use that word again) off, he apparently tried to have them removed from the ground. The last bit you conviently left out.

If you cant see a problem with that, then youre not normal.

If he cant accept, that fans at times will react like this, then he is in the wrong business.

Got to say that performance was better today however that is not the reason I am posting.

Did any of you see the silly thug having a go at the two young lads with the Kean out banner at the end of the game? He might not agree with them but no need to get agressive, heard a couple of other lads saying they wish they'd beat the sh!t out of them as well...idiots!

Hoilett, MGP, Rochina & Givet really impressed me today. Rochina has an amazing first touch, he just needs to get that killer instinct when in possession (an end product). We really would be in further trouble without Junior, everything positive comes from him. He has the ability to beat his man and has a wicked strike on him. Shame we won't see him when we're in the Championship next season.

You're speaking like he is new to the game. He worked at Chelsea for bloody years.

I once remember during my playing days, my team murdering our opponenets, they won 3 - 1 and won the league, I was out that night and bumped into one of the lads who played for our opponents that day and was giving him stick how we murdered them, he answered with just four words, What was the score?

Thats why Kean has to go, he cant win games!

Bucky you really are desperate. Who said anything about sacking him? I merely commented that Steve Kean is not the appropriate person to carry out an investigation on his own NO 2.

I haven't even assumed the bloke's guilt yet! WTF are you on about?

The trouble with you is you can't make up your mind whether you're a trembler or not.

I had that but we played the botom team, we were top undefeated and don't know how they won, made me sick I missed so many chances, chances I normally score.

When we played them in the next match we won 12-1 I got 7. Exactly same game just I scored rather then having an off day.

That shut them up, most embarrassing match I ever played in that defeat.

It really hurts but the table never lies, you can't judge off one game, luck normally evens itself out.

Played over 25% of the season and 6 points from 30 possible points.

Got a very good look of this incident as it was my banner!

After he called me every name under the sun and accused me of not supporting the club I decided to go over and explain why I had the banner and try and calm the situation down. In hindsight - massive error.

He wanted to know where the banner was at 3-1 and said that I was looking for any excuse to blame Kean - I tried my best to explain that it wasn't about today, it's about the last 31 games and that 28/93 points just isn't good enough, but he and his mates weren't having any of it. I was quite happy that the steward stepped in in the end because the odds were not in my favour!

My heart sunk when I walked out the stadium and a couple of them were there waiting, as I walked passed I apologised for any offence I'd caused but he told me to 'stick my f###ing banner up my f###ing arse'. Charming.

I'll cut him some slack and put some of his aggression down to frustration at what had happened during the match.

On the way to the match my mate and I had agreed to put the banner up at full time whatever the result, because even with a win - that would be just 7 wins from 31 games which is still very, very poor. At 80 minutes (as delighted as I was that Rovers were cruising to victory) I was dreading the final whistle and having to hold up the banner as we'd look complete fools, but with us throwing away a 2 goal lead at the death for the second time in 4 days it felt like the right thing to do.

I can honestly say I have never felt so targeted with abuse and hatred as I did for those 30 seconds that I held up the banner. Are the majority of fans at the game today really THAT happy with the situation at Rovers at the moment? So happy in fact, that a couple of people dare to question what is going on at the club deserve to get treated like we've broken into their house on Christmas Day and ###### on their kids?!

Some people in another threads have suggested apathy for a reason why many of the fans havent joined the protests, but apathy suggests a lack of emotions or lack of concern - that isn't what I experienced today. Many people were absolutely disgusted that we had dared to hold up the banner.

Sad story truly.

You know the situation is a very hard one and I will do my best to put my thought's across to you so you may feel better as I have two very good sides to the story.

1) This is my side, I have followed Rovers for a long time ever since my dad used to sneak me in under his coat and I got hooked and always considered it my family club, since Venky's took over they have distanced the club away from it's fans and gave the stewardship to a man that really has nothing but contempt for it's fans, sooner or later we all know the club is going to go down and hit the hard times under this mans and owners stewardship. Having acess to the internet and twitter you tend to see the bigger picture and the clubs underlying problems which causes massive concern you feel you have to do something about it hence the protests and banners.

2) The other side of the coin is the guy's like my dad they dont think about Rovers every day nor do they check twitter or websites to see if anything is rumbling behind the scenes, I'm not saying they are lesser fans or do not have the same love for the club as the guys in 1) but they are able to detach their thoughts until match day where they only see the performance on the day and to their eyes everything apart from our league postion is rosy enough and it's not all longball like it was under Sam and sooner or later we will be lucky and pick up some results. Now I'm not sying my word is gospel i'm just giving an alternative, if I was to explain to my dad about Jerome Anderson's involment in the club my dad would say how good was Hoiletts goal, if I was to say yes but Hoilett will be leaving due to him not signing a new contract he would say how it took him ages to get out of the traffic to get home.

The massive conflict between most and is even confusing the press was on it's greatest show today, there are plenty of plaudits for Kean and people feeling sorry for him with his bad run of luck and how the players are certainly giving their all for Kean, nobody had questioned why the fans did'nt want Kean until today, Every pundit I have heard since the game has commented on his bad choice of timing and subs, little things like this can cost you the game and they know that, now while the players are playing for him he wont be sacked but if he keeps on making decisons like the ones he did today that cost us the game it wont be long before the players wont try at all.

Steve Kean - Win Percentage - 19.35%

Brian Kidd - Win Percentage - 27.27%

Paul Ince - Win Percentage - 28.57%

This man is the sad tale and the main man at our football club - time to let the SEM crew and Venkys know not acceptable.

Conflict of interest has put us through pain - this is not about one game but about a well run club taken down to the gutter, should never accept this.

When we consider how the team has played throughout any given match, as a coach, manager, critice etc. the considerations simply cant be how we played going forward, or defensively, its about the team, how they set themselves up, close people down, work hard, defend, attack etc. In my opinion, yesterdays performance wasnt too far from the mark, probably all round (given a couple of pieces of bad luck) our best performance of the season.

However, a side in our position in the league table play to that kind of level and fails to win the game, we have problems, good sides can be battered, yet have the resiliance and mindset to hold on to the game and come away with the points.

We have seen the top three of four clubs nick goals in the last minute despite their opponents being the better team on the day, it happened during our 1995 campaign, Newcastle at home being a prime example and thats why we won the league, we were able to grind out results despite not, in peoples opinion, being the better team.

On the other hand, Blackpool at home last season, we got the rub of the green, despite being outplayed, Blackpool were relegated,

they played super football as did Burnley, West Ham WBA,and others who were relegated in previous years, my opinion is that Rovers are going down that route, play good stuff, attack well, score goals but in doing so we conced far too many goals and we are unable to produce the kind of resilant performances we produced under Souness, Hughes and Allardyce.

Its getting too late to do much about things now, I notice some of the predictions are for 3 points against Swansea, Bolton, Wigan

and even a point against Stoke, the results to date show that this may be wide off the mark, we have only got 6 points now and the pressure becomes greater, indecision and nerves will begin to play a huge part in the games, snatching at chances and the ball given away very cheaply, we are in deep mire and unless we are able to address the manger situation very quickly, we will be down by christmas!
