I've decided to lower my demands.

Rather than expecting him to be sacked, I'll be happy if he just stops saying "wor" all the fricking time! :angry2:

It's 'weselves' that bugs the hell out of me. No offence to any Scots, but Kean can make anything grate! -_-

I think Kean has convinced his masters that we have had a difficult run of fixtures and that there is an easier group of games coming up. Fail to get the pints there and I think the owners will lose patience.

If there is one thing Kean is capable of - it's getting a round in.

Noticed Kean used the young team excuse in his post match comments.

Also, think he is staking everything on these next 6 games by saying unbeaten run will come very soon.

If I remember correctly , the last relegation season Roy Hodgson was talking up home games against Coventry and Southampton around this time of year .. WE LOST THEM BOTH !!!!

Im genuinely embarrassed to be a Blackburn fan at the moment.

Whether you like Steve Kean or not, we are making the club the laughing stock of English football with all of this protest nonsense. The team are now clearly, and undeniably, playing well on the pitch, it wont be long until we turn the corner. Why on earth can we not get behind the team and manager instead of focussing all of our efforts on complaining, abuse and moaning.

We spend 18 months whinging about the quality of football under Allardyce, yet when a manager comes in who is prepared to play younger players with pace and more attacking formations he is treated disgracefully.

Whilst the results on the pitch are clearly not good enough, I respect Steve Kean immensly for the professionalism and character he has shown in the face of this mindless abuse and hope above everything else that we turn the corner with Kean in charge.

The owners and manger have made us the laughing stock - it is not just about the results on the pitch but their actions off it, clueless.

From day one, the Rao family have shown very little respect towards the fans.

Naturally some fans are going to get upset.

The league table does not lie , we avoided relegation on the last day of the season because of Kean , good job Allardyce got some points between August and December , or we would be in the championship now ...Have a look at the video on the other topic , to see who is making us a laughing stock ...

Yes, it's definitely the protests and the fans that have made us a laughing stock of English football.

Not sacking a competent manager and putting a novice in his place.

Not making ridiculous bids for Ronaldinho and talking about going after David Beckham and Raul.

Not telling the press we were going to be in the Champions League in 4 years with a transfer budget of £5m per window.

Not telling everyone we don't need to sell our young players then selling Jones to Utd.

Not going on our worst run in recent history last season.

Not Kean telling the media we have "the biggest transfer budget in recent times" then proceeding to have a minus net spend over the summer.

Not being unable to get a sponsor.

Not our owners telling everybody Steve Kean is a "brilliant" manager despite his atrocious record.

Not Kean telling everybody each week Hoilett is about to sign a new contract, then he doesn't.

Not post-match comments from Kean talking about "dew on the grass" and "number of entries into the opposition's box" and the infamous "1%" line.

Not the fact we've won 1 match in our first 11 games and persisting with a manager who has a win ratio of 18.75%, and who is set to soon become the worst premier league manager ever.

Nope, it's without doubt the protests that have made us the laughing stock. I don't see how anybody could think otherwise.

If Kean is still in charge then Wigan away is a powder keg waiting to be set alight. Anyone that has been in the last few years knows that it's quite fractious amongst the Rovers supporters anyway.

Defeat is unthinkable, even if we hit the woodwork 50 times and have a man sent off for breathing.

This is all correct, the thing is that when I go to work and people talk to me about Blackburn Rovers, the first thing they say is "what's with the protests? I think you guys are actually playing pretty well at the moment and are doing a good job". I then have to remind them of all the stupid things done by Kean and Venky's in the past and why I think Kean should go.

I think it's a bit wrong to assume that the facts we are exposed to everyday here on the messageboard have any bearing in the rest of the world. People don't read about every single comment Kean makes to the press, they'll just watch the game or highlights on TV and base their opinion on that.

Very true, Miker. Most people only get their information from Soccer Saturday or Match of the Day, and the media have no desire to see Steve Kean sacked. If anything there seems to be a concentrated media effort to try and take the pressure off Steve Kean and make the protestors look like idiots for protesting against the slow demise of the club.

As for why? I honestly don't know. A cynic could argue they'd be happy for Rovers to drop out of the premier league and be replaced by a more "deserving" team. But you're right in saying it's affecting the perception of the average joe who watches these pundits wax lyrical about young "Stevie Kean" and how we're playing wonderful stuff and we'll turn the corner any moment now.

We noticed clement was doing all the pointing , shouting and organising on the pitch whilst coco stood hands in pockets

Not surprised, as there has been a massive upturn in performance and personally I'd rather place the praise squarely on Clement than that pretender Kean.

You should be because you're an absolute embarrassment as a fan if you're allowing the club you're supposed to love be neglected in this way.

You're totally deluded. A manager didn't come in. He wasn't a manager! Just because you put a suit on a chimp it doesn't make it human does it.

He isn't a manager, he's a coach. Whether he's any good as a coach or not I don't know, but the statistics show that in his go at being a manager, he's not fit for the job.

YOU DON'T GET POINTS FOR PLAYING WELL!

Absolutely 100% spot on. The pro-Keans suffer from a very short memory or they are just backward.

How anyone can think we're going to turn a corner is absolutely unbelievable. You must be absolutely thick as pigs-business if you think Steve Kean is going to have a Lazarus type rise after the past year. Never mind making football history, it'll defy human biology if Steve Kean suddenly proves successful.

It's like last season didn't happen. But I expect they think he kept us up. Absolutely mystifying.

1 match in eleven games would result in a sacking in any division, but we're talking top flight football. Some of you treat the club like it's just a Saturday league team.

I've typed out a number of very emotive posts this morning and deleted them without hitting the post button.

But this post pretty much sums it up for me.

Reading the bile from certain posters this morning is like being repeatedly kicked in the stomach.
