I can't see how anybody on our board right now doesn't just resign, being undermined like this on a continued basis is a joke and only out done by the fact they sit there and take it.

I agree with this Brian. It appears that the "Heads of Admin" that we call a board are only here for the cash. I don't expect there to be much left next year.

Pride is a word completely absent from BRFC these days. Looks like everyone with any self respect has already gone. The writing really was on the wall.

There is one thing I dont get here, as a Limited Company, I am sure in English Law, there has got to be a board of Directors and a Chairperson, a vote of the board is legally binding, the Chairperson can only make a casting vote in the event of a split vote, so why dont the board sack him?

The woman from Pune would have no say then, anyone well up in company law who can tell me if this is correct?

I would imagine their is no official structure or process in place to manage the situation. Since JW left the club it has been a joke. The Q&A with Hunt only serves to strengthen the assumption that there is nobody in total control of the club. A club without direction or guidance will always fail.

i think Kamy also said in his twitter feed this morning we have got remember that Mrs Desai is not swayed by protests and committees trying to make her mind up for her as fustrating as it is. this is the lady who took on animal rights activists and won and they can be a lot more daring than a group of football supporters. personal relationships with the Keans must be so strong, and i wonder if she has a similar relationship with directors and managers of her other companies. a good boss to have a in a crisis and defends you to the hilt

It's now become totally unbelievable.

I have never come across such, IMO, lunacy in operational management in all my time in commerce.

If money is so tight, and it's a huge possibility, then trying to secure new facilities in the Middle East will only rack up the debt as it seems that cash wise, Rovers is leaking like a colander.

I am purposefully trying to detach myself from the club as I do not want, IMO, these moronic fools who own and manage the Rovers to affect my Christmas festivities.

I do agree MM, I am still wondering if the Rao family or any of their companies actually own Rovers and that they are merely a 'front' for someone else, really, no one could be so stupid could they?

Having said that, the lot of them dont seem to be the sharpest knives in the drawer!!

If both of the brothers want rid in would suggest (to me) they believe there is the money available to pay the fool off.

Money may be tight but not as terribly tight as some think. Only a guess mind and I could be reading too much into it.

Also if she is at least willing to talk about the situation for a second day it would appear her resistance is breaking a little at least.

The best outcome now is to ofer the fat discusting mile of rotting human waste a job in India with their football programme there. He can play it as a promotion to the media who seem to believe most of his rubbish and we get rid of him.

Until he goes the fans hate must flow from the stands towards the fool and the owners.

If/when he goes it will be important to hold off on protests against the owners; for a while. We are probably stuck with them I fear.

i'd just like to put another theory into the mix , putting aside the damage Kean has done to the club , the pay-off he will receive and just how much ill-feeling we as fans now have for him , it is Christmas , imagine the bad press the Venky's and us as fans would get if the manager is sacked at this time of year , and while we're all baying for blood (and rightly so)there is a human side to all this and for a man , a husband . a father to be sacked 2-3 days before Christmas wouldnt sit well with anybody , perhaps the decision has been made but Mrs D cant bring herself to do it until after the Liverpool game

If they sack him before the window it would buy them some time without protests in the window under a new manager

However i feel they are leaving this too long now and if they do not hurry up, there will always be protests against venky's even when Kean goes.

They must start behaving like owners and then they will be respected as such.

In my opinion they will never be welcomed as owners anymore, EVER, if Steve Kean is still in charge on boxing day

Rubbish. What about the human side of having dignity and holding his hands up that he's just not good enough and walking away.

Think about all the 20,000+ fans' Christmas he's ruined. The man deserves no sympathy!

In normal cases that would be true. But he would be left with a massive pay off. He won't be on the breadline.

For a family man to be sacked 2 days before christmas, yes it would be an outrage

Check this guys bank balance though it just is not the same

This is a joke right? He will be able to spend all christmas with his family and get them extra gifts with the payoff :)

She's bothered about ruining 1 mans christmas but has no concern for the 1000's of ruined christmas's in Rovers supporters households?

If she is bothered about sacking him 2 - 3 days before Christmas she needs a new job. As the owner of the club she must be prepared to make the most difficult decisions at the most difficult times.

maybe we should just gift wrap his P45.... The amount quoted to pay off Kean is a bit different from telling one of Santa's little helpers in the shopping centre he's being laid off. we fired Sam in december a few weeks before christmas so i think Venkys human nature empathy for the festive season is well and truly non existant.

we want our rovers back... end of

personally i'd shoot him at dawn - i was just thinking about what kind of reaction there would be , Kean already has sympathy with the LMA and some of his buddies in the press , if it were to happen now

Even Jason Roberts is not happy now!!, he has just wrote on twitter, that he is gutted whats happening on the pitch, and shame he can't do anything to help, but that is not his choice!!

Players are turnng on Kean now, come on wake up Venkys and sack him for the good of the club!!

Agreed with all this, lets hope they sack him soon and we get a chance to see if they can learn from their mistakes.

If they bring in an experienced manager and someone to run the club at board level that would show signs.
