  1. 1. Should Steve Kean be sacked

Little scratch of the neck when say he answers questions openly/honesty = sign of a liar.

I noticed that little neck scratch too.

I was shouting at the TV (yes, stupid of me) after virtually every sentence.

I can't take any more of this. I find myself constantly refreshing, checking, tweeting etc just hoping against hope for some good news - yet all we get is kicked in the teeth time after time. Im going to have to take an extended break from all the constant pain and frustration. I hope he's gone by the time the Xmas break is over, but I don't think he will be. What a devastating situation. :(

Merry Christmas fellow Rovers fans, we all deserve so so much better.

For me, almost every utterance Kean came out with in that interview was a lie. I know sports reporters aren't exactly Jeremy Paxman types but where was the investigative journalism? The interviewer simply accepted everything he said without further questions. "I'm willing to meet the fans." If the interviewer had listened to anything that Glen or us other protesters had said this morning, he should have pressed this more. Same thing goes with the injuries excuses - the guy ought to have brought up Salgado, Bruno and Anderson there. And as for the " we have an experienced board" claptrap, surely the reporter knows that's not the case, so why didn't he push the issue?

Plus I know that I raised the matters of Venky's mortgages, the Barclays ten mill demand and the club infrastructure when he interviewed me, I suspect other protesters will have spoken about that, too. So why wasn't that broadcast? Can't help feeling that SSN let both Venkys and Kean off lightly today.

Steve Kean deserves to be sacked , his record is appalling .He picks and signs the players ..Not the fans .

Steve Kean deserves every bit of flak that is coming his way , by the fans ..7 Wins in 12 months says it all...

Steve Kean and Venkys are 100% responsible for our decline , not the fans ..

The Premier League should hold a proper investigation into Venkys motives ...

Neck scratching, lip licking and eyes going side to side. He's a nutter.

I didn't know his wife was at the Bolton game - he did look so sad and lonely during the game - was he worried that his back door mate in Pnue was getting jealous. Merry Christmas Mrs Coco.

"I have also got a lot of support from some very experienced managers," said Kean when asked about his doubters.

"No disrespect to local MPs or local journalists or ex-players, when you have got vastly experienced managers that are phoning me up and saying, 'under the circumstances, you are doing a marvellous job', then I will listen to them."

This guy is f*&^ing unbelievable!

We have one right back in the squad and he is fit. Seems a slightly odd time to give your only recognised right back a 5 day break to talk to agents. Fits in with the 'lack of defenders' agenda nicely though. Why don't the journalists pick up on these lies?!?!

Can the people with the 8 votes for giving Kean more time please amend their response. There is no way in hell that any Rovers fan could want to give him more time and 99.03% against him is particularly flattering for the clown.

I'm not sure why Keith Andrews Jonnolad would back him.

Apart from venting anger on here i have'nt done anything directly to get this tw@t out but the last paragraph of that sky interview has broke the camels back........very willing to contribute however i can to get him out

That last paragraph has made me the angriest i've been whilst we've endured him

I can fully understand not advocating violence due to repurcussions..........but there has to be a way of getting him jailed.

You will never get that. They are told before the interview what they are allowed to ask and what the interviewee will refuse to answer. Interviews will always favour the slimy rat.

I've been saying this for ages - you don't pull off a stunt like this by being thick.

Everything he says is calculated to have an effect: either hard luck stories for his boss in Pune or attracting the abuse like a magnet for the players to see him as their human shield. He knows he'll never get another job so is hoping against hope that things turn around in this one.

He has been very effective in pulling off this stunt.

Indeed I've been thinking about it for some time and have been quite struck at times how he has gone from managing a poor performance, during which he might well have been given loads of stick, to coming out with an extremely positive message the following day, an achievement beyond the scope of many people.

Add to that the current support for Kean from current Premier League managers.

Personally I don't believe Kean will be the main orchestrator. We could all speculate who that would be.

What a piece of ######. If this guy had a shred of dignity he would have resigned long ago. We have the most incompetent owners in the entire football world coupled with the most incompetent manager. We're already relegated, I only hope that we don't go down with a record low number of points.
