  1. 1. Should Steve Kean be sacked

Recommended Posts

Does it really matter if Kean stays as we are doomed to relegation anyway. I cannot recall a team avoiding relegation having got just 10 points at the halfway mark (ie assuming defeats in the next two matches). Is there any point in throwing money that cannot be afforded (ie piling up more debt from usurious Middle East lenders)and land the club in administration next season? The best reaction is to boycott the home matches and take every possible action to remove these Indian fraudsters.

After thinking about it .... i think mrs D is playing poker with kean .... no public support from venkys and kean takes crap untill he can't handle and resign ... no payout

get relegated and sell prized players and collect parachute payments ... then sell or go into administration

FA should come with rule .... any club taken over and lose premiership status on the season or next .... parachute payments held in lieu for 2 subsequent seasons or untill club reaches premier league status;whichever is longer

that would screw imposters .....

Well and truly sick to me stomach, just watch Kean on Sky sports bleating about "vastly experienced managers behind him and the injuries" He'll milk that cow till it's nipples bleed. What a vile man, is it me or does he touch his neck every time he tells a big one.

Kean sentenced himself when he said ''experienced managers are phoning me telling me what a marvelous job i'm doing ''

think wee Stevie needs to listen Sir Alex whens he says he fears for you.

WBA, played one more I think, worse goal difference 10 points Avoided relegation. Only team to have done it.

It's 6 hours since l saw the interview - my feelings still remain after all that time, l'm pretty sure at some point Steve Kean will stop playing the victim and actually become one. You can't wind people up that much and not expect some nutter to not flip out.

I am not advocating violence in anyway shape or form but if you start kicking a vipers nest after already stamping on it, at least one of them will come out and bite you.

I don't think it will be a nutter mate. It could even be a run of the mill normal fellow who has one too many. No one man bigger than the club. That phrase is now redundant.

That is one of the many worrying things - he now thinks he is bigger than the club with his "100% owners backing" and "l'd be very shocked if l was sacked", the guy believes he's untouchable, and within Ewood he may well be :(

He is. Not only has he the "100% backing of the owners", he now has the press, LMA, other managers and even other teams supporters wading in. He has played an absolute blinder. Obviously jerome knobface has friends in high places. My 25 year obsession with the Rovers has come to an end. Blackburn Rovers ceased to exist when Dick Kean became "manager". Devastated is an understatement

Like I said I am not a Blackburn fan (my mate is) and just showing my sympathies, but Steve Kean just really really infuriates me he is the biggest imposter I've ever seen, since Ali Dia!

I hate coming home from the gym, relaxing for half an hour watching SSN and Steve Kean comes on talking about his fellow managers giving him their backing, what a stupid c**t!

Since when do managers and players come out in the media and give their peers a blasting!?

Like a poster said before his interviews are pathetic in the way other managers get uptight and passionate and say things they regret (we're human and football is an emotion filled game) but not him, "we've got a long injury list, we was unlucky, nothing went our way".

When he eventually gets sacked that will be him done, he will end up managing in non league.

Despite what has gone on in previous months, the one thing Kean and his "speech writer" have managed to galvanize in the last week is the 100% unity of Rovers supporters.

From 1% to 100% - if you are reading this now Kean, this can only end one way. You can hide behind lies, false promises and the worthless sound bites of managers but at the end of the day, the people of Blackburn will be here when you are long gone but this will never be forgotten.

How can a human being take this amount of abuse, why does he just not resign?

Because he knows he will never get another job anywhere, and he knows that his new contract that Wanky's saw fit to "award" him guarantees him the thick end of £1m should he get sacked.

Yeah I think I've answered my own question few times before but I cannot understand how someone can take this amount of abuse, does he not have a single ounce of dignity in him?

BTW I think he deserves every single bit of it, he's a total imposter, dog and duck Sunday manager at best!

If you were crap at your job; would you give up and walk away or try your hardest to get better at it until you were sacked?

Personally I'd stay and try.

I can see why Kean is hated, but seriously; people need to be showing more anger towards the owners rather than SK.

They're the ones who've employed him, took away all foundations to the club and left an inexperienced manager to it.

The guy wouldn't know dignity if it invaded the pitch, ran up to him with a big (banned at Ewood) banner saying "I'm Dignity please get the fook out of our club" and smacked him one. Apparently 'dignity' is missing from the Steve Kean dictionary along with 'humble','respect','resign' and 'decency'.

Rubbish managers and players can get lucrative contracts anywhere if they resign, or get sacked. Unfortunately, this only happens in football

If you was a gas engineer and blow up a few houses you wouldn't ever get a job anywhere else!

Steve Kean once sacked will never get a job at a club of Blackburn's stature, ever, ever again... he probobly wouldn't get a job at somewhere like Stockport County, he is that rubbish.

I said 'can', they might, they might not just look at Bryan Robson.

He was a legend as a player and could get jobs off the back of that to start with til he eventually got truely found out, Peter Reid IMO is another until he eventually ended up being sacked at Plymouth Argyle.

Steve Kean never made it as a player and has no managerial credentials whatsoever and his appaling record shows that!

Could do with Robson now to be fair.

Isn't he the only manager to survive the drop after being bottom at Christmas?

I think you could do with Mark Hughes, but he would never work with the chicken farmers, I think you'll struggle to find any decent managers with them in charge.

As I typed this Steve Kean press conferance was on, "no disrespect to the local mp's, when your getting phone calls from fellow experienced managers saying your doing a good job under the circumstances, I think I'll listen to them..."

What an odious sh*thouse...

I hate this injury excuse! It is pretty much his answer to any mildly scathing question and is based on lies. Ok, so during the last 3 matches we have had a defensive injury crisis, but what about the remaining 35 miserable games of your tenure? Why do journalists not ask the obvious questions? Like during the Q&A with the LET where he claimed that last season with an established back 4, his team were picking up points 'all over the place'.....really? Was that during the 11 game winless run? Was that during 2011 where we have won 4 league games? Your team have never been on any run of note and have played consistently terribly. Also, it is absurd that no-one has challenged him more about the Salgado situation. Im no journalist, but there is something rather fishy about giving your most experienced defender and only recognised right back a 5 day break during a period of crucial matches and a defensive injury crisis. Also, when you consider that we went into the season with one right back and one left back (I see Givet as a CB) that are capable of playing in the Premiership, an injury crisis was a pretty likely occurrence. The recruiting of Ribeiro and Anderson was preposterous and really should be picked up and hammered home by the media....had Kean recruited adequate defensive cover then we wouldn't be in this injury crisis! His spin and subterfuge and the gullibility of the media and fans of other clubs is driving me close to insanity.
