One way ticket to the Championship...R.I.P. Blackburn Rovers F.C.

What I have witnessed today has been soul destroying.

I am proud to say I was one of the 200 or so who could be bothered to make a stand at the players entrance after the game...at least we have tried,God knows we have tried.

:(

Me too

Absolute nonsense, fans are part to blame, get a grip.

I'm ashamed to have people like you blame other fans for the predicament.

You call it pathetic, look in a mirror!

The attitude you have is part of the reason a lot of people have probably been out off the organised protests.

Believe what you want but I hoped at least in such a dire situation the fans would come together to be heard and show we are not a minority BUT we didn't. They went home and watched crap saturday night TV and forgot about it... The important thing though isn't it? I like how you chose ignore the fact that I stated Kean and Venkys were to blame so you could have a go... All i'm saying the fans who chose to do nothing are not totally blameless (see previous post).

Thats why I said part to blame.

It was clearly not a minority during the game, because some people believe that staying behind when nobody is there to see it is the right way to do it doesn't mean everyone thinks like that.

If I say the best way to show we want Kean out is to wear a pink balaclava and wave a kipper in the air does that mean I should call anyone pathetic thats doesn't do it?

The vast majority booed and chanted Kean Out at full time and during the game, to me that seems like fans coming together to vent their feelings.

I just feel it inherintly wrong to attack fellow fans for having differing views on how to show their feelings

savage 90 says:Sorry but I don't see how a player who has made only two league appearances as a sub can be key tomorrow. I don't think it's down to individuals we are playing so badly as a team right now. Although that won't fix overnight. The Samba and Dann partnership seems more important. Particularly with Hoilett out.... wish it was Kean.

well if you don't know by now you never will the reason this guy is key is because he covers his fullback very well and tracks back if Rochina gets the nod we may as well pack our bags because as has been said their quick players Thomas,Odemwingie will tear Salgado and the rest of our slow defence to shreds.

Like I said originally, I disagree. Although I do agree with your point about tracking back. I just didn't ever think Simon would be key today. Far bigger problems.

All that is left to play for now is to avoid setting some kind of (negative) record - i.e. most goals conceded, lowest points tally etc

Should be OK on that point. Derbt County in 2008/09 finished with 11 points, fewest goals scord (20) and hihest negative goal difference (-69)

Eh? Thousands were chanting.

You can't generalise Neal, I was talking with lads after the game that love that football club like a family member, I walked up the hill with me grandad, tears in his eyes, telling me how he's not felt as down as this in nearly 70 years of going to Ewood.

They went home, doesn't mean they have forgot about it.

Agent Kean does it again! We are bloody damn well doomed and the owners must be stupid not to see it. Kean will stay in charge, Venky's will hide away from it all and we will drop a division is it to early to ask what players will stay when we do go down?

Is Kean not an owner or stakeholder ?

There should of been 5 thousand at least outside after but too many want to get home for you've been framed!!!

Trouble is, Abs, it makes no effin' difference!

There are no TV cameras watching, the owners don't attend, the board are completely impotent, the manager is inept and the players are a disorganised, unfit, overpaid rabble.

No-one is listening, no-one cares. I hate to say it but I can imagine Plastic Head's drastic action suggestion becoming a reality at some point. There really is nowhere else to go.

It really is no wonder why the media make fun of us.

Our supporters are pathetic morons.

We are losing - Boooooo! Kean Out! Boooooo!!!

Drawing - Yayyyy! Come on Rovers! Walking down the...

Losig - Booooo! Kean out!!!

I'm surprised you have the mental capacity to type out that bullshit.

Our fans have gained respect for the way that we have maintained our protests throughout wins, draws and mainly losses. Once we had equalised the fans clearly wanted to spur the team on. If you fail to understand the fact that we are upset at constantly losing to opposition that are our equal or inferior and equally you fail to understand that when we equalise late on we might be more elated and try to spur the team on to a [undeserved] victory then you should perhaps log out and go back to licking windows.

######...if kean hadnt subbed him odemwingi would not have had the freedomof the park down our left to cut in and score. Anither crap decision. Simon made lots of very intelligent runs....we just aint got the midfielders to find him...

I don't want prolong this disagreement because don't get me wrong they have ruined this club and i don't want it to come across otherwise... Sorry fella but i've heard Rovers fans boo Allardyce and Hughes in their time as managers that's easy done. For the most part (typically) you couldn't even hear the Blackburn End. I see were you're coming from of course BUT again those who allowed him time, didn't protest IN WHICH EVER WAY are not blameless. I constantly hear other Rovers fans say "they should be getting behind them", "they shouldn't be booing", "do it after the game".... These people think that as Rovers fans the best they deserve is Steve Kean.... What a joke.

I'm sorry to hear that mate.

My point was the past games such as Swansea people forgot, I should of made that clear.

Blackburn striker Jason Roberts and 606 pundit on BBC Radio 5 live: "If the atmosphere is nasty, it's harder to play. With a young squad like we have it's harder to perform if there's pressure on."

What a pathetic little man Jason Roberts is. I cannot wait to see the back of him.

When we equalised I did remark to my mate how we thoroughly deserved to be level - my how we laughed.

For large parts of the match we were out played - and only came back into the match on pure effort (plus Sam like tactics). When will Kean realise it is called pass and move - not pass and stand around like statues.

Struggle to see a way back from this - today could be summed up in three little words - cold, miserable, relegation

What a pathetic little man Jason Roberts is. I cannot wait to see the back of him.

Why - what he is saying is absolutely correct - it will impact on the younger players.

Easiest way to help the young players - get rid of the reason why we have the bad atmosphere at games - and why we are now odds on to get relegated (though couldn't believe our luck that Stoke beat Wolves).

Just seen Kean's interview on BBC, very different from his previous interviews. Noticed a distinct lack of positivity, for once was criticising the players and the way we played. Came out with the usual "work on the training ground" "owners fully behind me" crap but it was definitely not a usual Steve Kean interview. There seemed to be a little bit of anger there. Hopefully he's starting to crack.

Laughing and joking and commenting like he knows it all until it comes to Rovers when he clams up.

Roberts: massive pay check + Radio 5 fee - happy as Larry.

Me: £299 for season ticket - sick as sick can be.

Something not quite right somewhere.

Simon was no where near premiership fitness today along with Dunny.

I have been on every protest so far but today I didn't bother. I really thought that protesting was the way to enforce change but I now realise that it it was a complete waste of time as nobody really gives a toss about our plight, least of all the Indian people who own us. At the time I felt better because I felt I was at least doing something about our plight but now I know I wasted my time. I vented my spleen today at the imposter but as for any more organised protests count me out. I was also a little deflated when I read that some supporters are meeting the imposter. Why, what is he going to say or what will it achieve.

I resigned myself to relegation early on in the season if we kept him in charge. Defeatist or realist?

The changes I want now are to prepare us for the Championship next season. Get a manager who knows the lower leagues and can find a few bargains. Sell the big earners in January whilst they still have some value and bring in proven Championship players who know the league.

Fair enough let's leave it at that.

I think the majority of our fans protested for his removal today albeit maybe in differing forms.

Yeah, I enjoy a good debate... It's what we come on here for anyway isn't it.

I really can't see him being removed though, there's obviously underlying reasons as to why... Any other club would have removed him long since. It's at a point were Keans future is more important than winning games, if he cared about the club and had any soul at all he would step down. How can you still want to be manager at a club people genuinely hate you? Says a lot about the man.

What annoys me the most is the fact the players will just find another club, leaving us fans with a shell of a club. Then they have the cheek to question the fans that are protesting.

Complete clear out for me. Not only sack Kean and all of the back room staff, but sack the likes of Roberts too. Its a disgrace these people are pulling a decent wage.
