West Brom met his release clause 3 weeks ago and he was about to have a medical there however they decided against signing him. 

Reading enquirer about Maddison earlier in the summer but there chairman said earlier in the summer that Maddison 200% wouldn't be going there. You can never rule out anything in football tho.

I think if you have some sort of fee agreed and have contacted the league you have up until  7pm to get all the paperwork through.I read this a while ago but I think it said only applies to top flight clubs
