Still haven't heard thoughts on why Graham was replaced at same time as Dack. Could that also have been an injury, as I really can't see why he couldn't have lasted til 75 min? There's no logical footballing rationale?

Exactly.  Manager gets the plaudits when things come off, (although Bennett has struggled in that position  in the last few games).  So has to be accountable when he doesn't adapt/change the situation if it's going wrong.  His favouritism towards certain players (Bennett, Williams, Smallwood, Conway) has done us no favours at times this season.

Still, at least this is the most spectacular capitulation yet.  I suppose that's a positive...
