I’m relatively new to the game (a Texan, & Rovers fan for six plus years), so some of you who are more knowledgeable students of the game than myself, please tell me, what is Mowbray’s specialty?

is he good at setting up his offense to score?

is he good at devising defenses that keep other teams out?

is he a great motivator, or evaluator of talent?

Because I’m not seeing any of the above. I know the guy must have something going for him, as he got M’bro & WBA promoted, and then us, but what exactly does this guy do well?

No to all of the above. His specialities are talking a lot of nonsense, lemon drizzle, spending a lot of money on strikers that don't score and playing Elliott Bennett at all times.
